The Villa includes Housekeeping , Butler and Concierge Services. Just a few minutes away from the Beach and very close to The Marina were you will find a lot of different options to relax and enjoy.

When you stay at Villa Ingenio 7, you’ll have a range of exclusive 5-star services at your fingertips and access to the facilities at Casa de Campo, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses, restaurants & bars, Minitas Beach Club, tennis courts, equestrian center, shooting center, water sports, marina, and much more. This is a wonderful place for you to stay with your family and/or friends and enjoy a Caribbean vacation with sun, beach, tennis and golf. You’ll have two golf touring carts included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc.

THE SPACE:

Villa Ingenio 7 is a 4-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes is very convenient for multi-generational families. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden and a green zone, which accentuate the tranquility of your stay.

Villa Ingenio 7 has 4 comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, outdoor jacuzzi and 2 toilets. TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan, and a private terrace. The other 3 bedrooms each have 2 Queen beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, closet, TV air conditioner and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have a smart TV and safe.

Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool and soak up the sun on a sun bed by the pool. This is your dream vacation… The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, listen to music.

The large living room measures about 80 m2 and is elegantly decorated. From the living room, you can step onto the large covered terrace, which offers an excellent view of the golf course. The terrace by the pool has a nice sofa sitting area and ceiling fans and is a great place to relax day or night. There is a second living room equipped with a large TV and air conditioner.

The formal indoor dining room looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace. Ceiling fans keep the air moving so that you will always feel comfortable in this outdoor space.

A large kitchen comes fully equipped with luxe appliances. If you wish to hire a professional chef for your vacation, you also have that option.

CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:
The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:
- Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
- Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
- Kids under 4 years old: FREE
The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members only golf course).

VILLA STAFF:
When you stay at Villa Ingenio 7, you’ll have a cook, waiter and maid. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.

Once you book Villa Ingenio 7, our villa manager will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Chef service
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
