What a stay!

Really loved this everything about this villa! Lots space, clean, best staff. The food was incredible. The host was extremely helpful with making reservations and organizing carts and transportation. Could not have been better! Would most certainly return!

Wonderful Home!

My family of 7 stayed here for a week and we do not have one compliant! Everyone loved Rosa's house- comfortable beds, sitting areas and large pool. The place is spotless. Large dining table made for a great game table! What you see is what you get and more. Rosa was wonderful with her communication and response time when things came up! Lucy was terrific as well! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to our return! :)

Amazing stay in Casa de Campo

Our stay at Casa de Campo over Christmas was absolutely perfect! Rosa, the host, went above and beyond, answering all our questions and even setting up a beautiful Christmas tree to make our holiday extra special. Lucy and Fina were amazing and so helpful. Lucy’s cooking was hands down the best we had during our time at the resort, and Fina kept everything spotless while making us feel completely at home. The villa was stunning, with an amazing yard that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

Great House and Pool

This house was amazing! It slept our party of 9 very comfortably. We loved our stay here, but the only thing to be aware of is while the bedrooms have A/C, the majority of the living areas are not air conditioned. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing few days in Casa de Campo

We love Casa de Campo and came down for a long weekend wedding. Rosa’s description of the house and pictures were spot on and we really enjoyed our visit. Lucy and her team did a great job with breakfast and dinner as needed. We wish we could have stayed longer and really appreciate the openness of the house and the privacy.

Great times in Casa De Campo

From the amazing pool to the beautiful home, our group of 10 enjoyed every minute of our stay at this Casa De Campo Villa. Our favorite part of the property had to be the beautiful pool and backyard. The housekeeper and chef who worked with the property were always very kind and attentive, always willing to help us with anything that we needed. However, being in a Spanish-speaking country, it greatly helped that one of our group members spoke Spanish. If not for them, there would have been a very difficult language barrier to overcome… which we did experience after a few hiccups with the grocery list, but never anything detrimental. The resort location was also fantastic, but you will NEED to rent a golf cart or a car to get around; the resort is huge, and walking everywhere is really not an option. Speaking of golf carts, while we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property, a few things were alarming upon arrival. During our entire stay, an old, unusable, and rotting golf cart was in the driveway. Not only was there the golf cart but there was also a broken dune buggy on the property. With these being some of the first things you notice upon arrival, it is a surprise that the owners have left them there. Overall, there was not much to complain about. The property was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the location felt extremely safe for my family....

Wonderful for all ages!!!

We just got back from the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Highlights - - Rosa was excellent at answering our questions before arrival in a prompt and detailed manner - The villa property is beautiful - pool is perfect for small children with a large shallow end. My four year old and two year old enjoyed it for hours. The property also has a huge lawn and is so private. - the staff at the villa - Lucy, Fina and Luis were AMAZING. Lucys meals, as another poster mentioned, were better than anywhere else we ate on the property. They were so warm and welcoming and provided 5 star service. Luis gathered coconuts from a tree on the property and would give us fresh coconut water. - the bedrooms are huge and there are so many cozy places to lounge - the age range of my group was from two years old to eighty one years old and the villa was perfect for us all - the amenities of casa de campo are great, rent a golf cart to be able to go see it all. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. I hope we can go back one day. Thank you!!!

Great layout and staff

The layout of the property is terrific. Lots of common areas in a covered porch setting. Pool is nicely sized for 3-4 people at a time. The staff of Lucy and Fina were wonderful. Great food and attention to our every need. Rosa, the owner, was attentive and responsive to issues. BUT, we had very inconsistent hot water and water pressure for 6 of 7 days. Eventually a new hot water heater was installed on the sixth day which solved the temperature issue. Pressure was never very good. So, for 5 days, eight adults were struggling to get a decent shower. When inquiry was made as to an adjustment to the rent it was rejected out of hand. On the one hand, the problem was eventually fixed. But on the other, we had the problem for 70 percent of our stay. On balance, will not return.

What you see is what you get.

We had never been to Casa de Campo before but we read the reviews and books our stay. When we got there we saw that the pictures are exactly what you will be getting. House is very comfortable and the staff (Lucy) are amazing and will take care of you. Before arriving I had lots of questions for Rosa and she was always very nice and always answered my questions. The rooms are very large and very private as there are two rooms on either side of the house. The house is older than others in Casa de Campo but then again you are paying less. I would have no problem staying here again.

Fantastic!

Our stay in Casa de Campo in Cajuiles 31 was fantastic, exactly what we wanted. The house was confortable, clean and beautiful. Rosa was always very attentive to my questions and solved all my needs from the beginning. Lucy, Fina and Amarilys were so incredibly responsible, professionals and the nicest people you'll ever meet. Lucy's cooking is really the best, she was also a great leader. I would only rent to try her cooking and her delicious flan again :) Nos encanto! Definitivamente volvere! Muchas Gracias, Lucy por todas tus atenciones!

Amazing Vacation and Stay

So first I want to say how amazing and responsive Rosa was, she was a delight to work with and very helpful. Next huge shout out to Lucy and Fina who attended to all our needs, the food they prepared was delicious. they were always very attentive and helpful, they made our visit very easy! The property is wonderful, so much outdoor beauty to enjoy, with plenty of seating options etc as shown in the pictures. All in all very pleased and happy, made our first time in Casa de Campos special. Just a note the Resort is massive, I dont think we knew how big it was, so definitely you need to rent a golf cart. Rosa, Lucy and Fina, thank you so much for helping create this special memory for my Family and I.

Fabulous Stay

We had a fabulous stay. The villa was spacious and open and the location was central to everything at Casa de Campo. We lounged by the beautiful pool and took full advantage of the many different gathering areas in the house that were all open to the backyard as show in the photos. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable.. Part of what sets this house apart from others is the exceptional staff. Lucy and Fina were amazing. They prepared and served meals with a smile that were hands down better than anything we ate in the restaurants on the property. Rosa was a great host and very easy to reach when we had questions. We highly recommend this property!

PERFECT

Lucy and her staff make this house a perfect place to stay while visiting Casa De Campo. The house is stunning, and located close to the hotel. You can still enjoy the hotel amenities while enjoying a beautiful home with home cooked meals. The food was wonderful, Lucy was so pleasant to be around. Rosa the owner was great to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and helped us with logistics. The child-care we received was next level. We had kids from 0-7 and felt very comfortable leaving them with the wonderful care team. Would go back every year if we could!
