A perfect home for a family vacation or a dream getaway for a group of friends. Find yourself and get lost in this LA urban oasis with a relaxing super cool back yard. Comfortable beds with w/memory foam, brand new appliances and amenities. Beautiful decorated home in an oasis that is close to all attractions LA has to offer.

The Space:
An inviting and relaxing space for your stay! The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and has 1 queen bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom located upstairs has 1 queen bed and the 3rd Bedroom also located upstairs has two queen beds and shares the bathroom. The master bedroom located upstairs has a King bed and has its own bathroom. Both suites have TVs. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A charcoal BBQ grill, washer and dryer located in the garage are available for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and cooking essentials. There are plates, cups, mugs, utensils, and cookware available. We also provide complimentary:

Best friends wedding

We were seven women traveling to Pasadena for our close friends wedding. The house was exactly as it appeared on the website. It was clean, very spacious for seven adults. It had everything you needed from ironing boards to hairdryers. Thank God, there was coffee in the house because we didn’t have time to go to the grocery store due to many wedding activities! There were a couple of minor snafu’s that were addressed immediately by the property manager. Very convenient to restaurants and all the activities that we had to do Would definitely return and would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Home

We brought 4 athletes to Arcadia for a track meet. This home was a wonderful place to come relax after some really tough and draining competition. We really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect alternative to a hotel!

Stayed four nights with other family for daughter's wedding. Very clean, in nice neighborhood, quiet, lots of amenities, comfy beds, lots of space. Very new, modern house. Easy on/off I-10 freeway. Would stay there again.

Great stay

The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We had some small issues with the internet and one door not locking unlocking properly but they took care of it right away. The kitchen didn’t have any scissors which we needed so would recommend to add that as an improvement. Overall 5 stars we would definitely recommend and would stay again ! We had a great time.

Wonderful stay

The home was very very nice and as advertised. The Xmas decorations were such a nice touch too. Although the house policy is no shoes the floors weren't 100% clean, but that's not necessarily the owner's fault, and more on previous guests. All in all we would stay again 100%!

A spacious house with plenty of room for family gatherings in the LA area. Clean and quiet.

We enjoyed the 3 day stay at the property. Appreciated the space not only for family but also the parking space because everyone came in separate cars.

Enjoyed my Stay!

When searching for a getting ready location for my wedding held in Pasadena, I stumbled across this beautiful home and knew I had to rent this!! I preferred a home over a hotel due to space and lighting. This home exceeding my expectations. It was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with essentials. It made our wedding day process so much easier. I would definitely rent again!

Very good experience

Wonderful property in quiet neighborhood

Very large and spacious place with great amenities. Plenty of parking. Convenient location for easy access to the 10, which is a straight shot down SGV/DTLA/West LA. Rosemead is a nice spot because it is at the corner of SGV, so you don't deal with heavy traffic and noise, but are close enough for a quick drive down the rest of the region.

Beautiful House

The house was exactly as pictured. There were a few hiccups but the host responded and attended to them promptly. The weekend was a getaway for my mom and her sisters to relax and connect prior to their brothers funeral. My mom and aunts had a good time and were able to share quality time together. It was a great environment, beautifully decorated and warm.
