The Forêt Blanche Agency offers you a 30m² apartment with parking located on the 3rd floor with elevator of the Eyssina residence in VARS les Claux, ideally located, close to the slopes with ski box and benefiting from a laundry room.

Able to accommodate 5 people maximum, it is composed of: an entrance with a large cabin, a very bright living room open to the kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a separate water closet. A balcony is also available with a southern exposure.
Are available in the kitchen: a kettle, a toaster, a raclette machine, a filter coffee machine, a microwave (combi), a dishwasher, and an electric hob (1HS).

The beds are organized as follows:
- bedroom 1: 140x200cm bed
- cabin: 2 single beds, bunk beds 90 x 180
- living room: sofa bed 140 x 200

End-of-stay cleaning not included and linens optional (sheets and towels pack 16€/person), contact us. Pets are not allowed. All our rentals are strictly NON-SMOKING.
