Nice Place and Location

Location was close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice fenced in yard which was great for our dog. We enjoyed our stay and owner was very responsive

Great property.

Very convenient for a family. Everything you need. Fenced in yard was very nice. My family and I loved hanging out on the screened in porch. Neighbor is nice and safe. Location is perfect minutes from the beach and minutes from grocery store. We'd love to visit again!

Great family getaway!

Comfortable house with everything we needed! Was actually a bit larger than it looks in the photos, IMO. An easy 20 minute walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach and several good restaurants. Comfortable beds and screened porch was a relaxing spot to enjoy the morning coffee. Bathrooms have been nicely updated. Neighborhood is modest but also very quiet and friendly. We all really enjoyed our stay here!

Cocoa Cabana

17 nights at a great house. Great location. Close to beaches, grocery store, restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Anne and Bruce were great to work with. Screened in back area was a great place to sit and relax after a long day of sun and fun. Fenced in yard was great for our dog to roam.

Spring training trip

a fun long weekend to Spring training. this home was perfect, close to everything, but away from the noise and crowds. Minutes to the beach, and only 30 minutes to the airport. the home was beautiful, and clean, the screen porch was very pleasant

Relaxing

Pleasantly decorated inside & out. Clean & comfortable. Tile flooring & fenced yard made it easy to have our one older dog come with us. Kitchen well appointed (but missing toaster). Spa and enclosed back porch were great for relaxing! Quiet neighborhood, close to beach and a quick drive to stores & restaurants. Unexpected late checkout nicely arranged on last day. Would definitely come back!

Thanksgiving weekend stay.

The interior of the house was nicely decorated in a beach theme and was very clean. All of the kitchen appliances were in good working order which was good since we cooked Thanksgiving dinner there for us and some family members that live locally to the area. The master bed was very squeaky and the mattress a little too firm so we found difficult to sleep on. We chose this house because it was pet friendly and we brought our dog with us. It has a large fenced in yard which was nice but the landscaping and lawn were not in good shape. It could use some TLC.

Location, location, location!

Adorable house in a quiet neighborhood-perfectly situated -just over the bridge from Indian Shores. Loved walking to the beach in the morning with the dog (not allowed on the beach) and back! Wonderful coffee shop stop on the corner-allowed my dog in for a coffee break before heading back. Indian shores is a bit busy but not as busy as Clearwater and St Pete’s but access to both is close. The beaches are just as nice. The house itself has everything you need and more! We never got to use the outdoor fire pit or the hot tub because our schedule—full days, early to bed and early to rise older couple. We kept meaning to!! Wil have to do so the next time! :) We really enjoyed our stay and it felt like home for our 2+ week stay. We did have a few questions and the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Short Stay

We needed a place to stay for a few nights, coming into town for a Wedding. This property was close to where we use to live and worked out perfectly, very clean and check-in is easy. Quite neighborhood but close to everything you may need.

Indian Rocks Beach - Rocks !

The home was very clean and perfect for my wife and I along with our small dog. The hot tub was delightful at the end of the day, and Indian Rocks Beach was awesome and about a 5 minute drive away. Go early (before 10 on the weekend) to be sure you grab a spot at the beachside park. We really enjoyed guppy’s for dinner, and the yellow grove fruit packing store where we got some fabulous orange juice and vanilla swirl ice cream. SO GOOD !

Great Girls Weekend

Excellent gathering place for our girl's weekend! Nice, central location for everything we had planned in Belleair, Clearwater, and St. Pete. Comfortable beds, eating and sitting area. Kitchen amenities were a bit sparse, but we didn't cook any meals there, so it worked for us. We had a fantastic time!!

Hot tub was not usable

The lid was waterlogged and propped up with boards. I couldn't lift them out of the way. Hot water went out the day before we left. Little things could have been done to maintain the property. Lighting in the screen room was a nice idea. Less than half worked.

Cozy and comfy home

This home is close to the beach, nicely decorated, in a friendly neighborhood and very clean. The back yard is nice for pets to safely enjoy. Anne is a wonderful host and made sure we had all we needed. Would definitely stay again!
