Awesome little place mile from beach

Awesome place to stay, hot tub was great, lots of room for parking, friendly and good communicatoon with the host. Close to Clearwater and beaches along with close to where there is alot of stuff to do in the area. Will definitely choose this place next time visiting the area.

We loved our stay at the mermaid house! it was clean. decorated nicely and we felt very comfortable there! The hot tub was a big bonus! We will defi etely be back!

Great Location

Nice property, updated rooms and plenty amenities. Host was Terrific when you need a response quickly. Addressed any issues that needed attention. Definitely a return visit is warranted.

Cozy Quiet Home

We love the home, very clean and easy to check in. Ms.Anne is easy to communicate. The home is cozy and quiet. I love the backyard atmosphere and the Hot Tub Spa is a plus for our winter getaway. The place is very close to everything, Sand Key,Indian Rocks,Clearwater and St.Pete Beach.

Great overall experience

Great location. Walkable to Publix, breakfast diner, dinner options and Bellaire Bluffs causeway. Easy drive to every major tourist attraction in the area. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the hot tub and fenced in backyard for our dog. Well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. Lots of drawer and closet space with hangers. Big TV and comfortable furniture. We had a couple of issues in the first week. Anne and Bruce went above and beyond to address them. Parents came for a visit and Anne and Bruce brought extra chairs and a large cooler for the beach. Great communication and care for our experience.

not worth 1/2 the price !!!!!!!!!!!!

old out dated ,dead lizard in bedroom, old filthy pillow under bed,potato chips and old sock under living room couch, filthy outdoor around hot tub, leahy faucets in bath room, bent window screens making it impossible to open windows for fresh air. DO NOT RENT !

Pros: If you are looking to stay away from all the craziness this place is perfect. The location is about 20 mins from Clearwater and Madeira. We enjoyed the hot tub the most. Cons: It can be a little noisy when trying to sleep. The doors all stick and it’s all wood floors. The master bed is really hard. We also had issues with the TV. Over all no major issues just a few small inconveniences.

Mermaid Paradise

Lovely home in a great location for Beach-Hopping. The amenities were fantastic and the home was well stocked. The Host is efficient with communication. Loved the mermaid theme... And the Jacuzzi!

Four elderly women. Ages 70-87. Perfect place with no stairs. Very clean plenty of towels. Washer/dryer. It’s everything you need. Steep drive but wasn’t a problem. Good restaurants and if you are young you could walk to them. Very close to beach but we didn’t go. We went to visit another sister for her bday turn 90. In the beautiful retirement home of Regal Palms. And it was very close. Anne was very very good to us. No problems there. I will go again. Thank you Anne

Largo house for graduation

Our stay was very nice. The house is comfortably furnished. We weren’t there much, but had no issues when we were. Would rent again if needed.
