This vacation home in Spring, Texas; laced with elegance. It's a 4 BR, 2 BA house, with private parking space, very fast Wi-Fi and 3 TVs in the primary bed & day rooms. It is very close to Grand PKWY, 15 mins to IAH airport & Woodlands mall, 7 mins to HP HQs & ExxonMobil Campus, 5 mins to I-45 & Grand Park tollway. The house features an amazing open concept floor plan, that makes entertaining a must! It also has a covered patio.

A Truly Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and well maintained. It was very relaxing, comfortable, and pleasant to stay here. The host is very hospitable and responsive whenever we had any questions. We had a great time staying at this property. We definitely want to stay here again when visiting this area in the future.

Texas Ironman!

Enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location with easy access to The Woodlands and Houston area. Property was spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host communicated timely and provided clear instructions, highly recommend!

Comfortable place for the family to stay for a few days!

This place gives you a gorgeous neighborhood, pleasant back patio, close distance to stores (HEB, Kroger, Walmart) and a quick commute to Spring and the Woodlands, and a reasonable distance to Houston. Be aware that gps wants to always put you on toll road which is right next to the house, with a little effort, the tolls can be avoided. (But during certain times, toll roads have less traffic, so you might want to enjoy them nontheless)

Great Place to Stay!

Ngozi's customer service/ hospitality/ and response time is 2nd to none! House was spacious for my family of 6. Game room was a nice space for my young children to have their own space. They had a blast with the bunkbeds. The neighborhood was close to everything and easy access. We had to stay for an extended time due to our personal home undergoing a full remodel. Ngozi was extremely accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed this property. I have difficulty with the access code, but the property owner did assist me right away. I have a teenager, so the games in the game room were too small for him to play with. The games are for children 10 and under. However, I would stay here again.

Perfect

I stay in VRBO all the time traveling for my sons travel baseball. We were in town for a tournament and this home stood out as one of the best houses I’ve ever rented. Clean is not the word. The house was spotless and there was plenty of room for our group of five. The host immediately responded to my check in/check out questions and was quick to respond when we had an issue…the issue was not host fault as the power in the neighborhood went out tripping the breaker for the dishwasher which he quickly resolved. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area of Texas. Close to everything including international airport shopping and food options. If I’m ever in area again I hope host will have us back.
