Come enjoy this conveniently located Spring home! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space in the downstairs living areas, this home provides a comfortable stay. Being located minutes from TX-99 (the Grand Pkwy) and I-45, it is an easy and quick drive to get to Houston, The Woodlands, Old Town Spring, and surrounding areas. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment all within a 5-minute drive or less from the property.
All bedrooms are located upstairs with two full bathrooms and a laundry room. There is a half bathroom downstairs for convenience and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy homecooked meals in. The covered patio has a TV outside and there is a propane grill that is available for your use. Whether you are traveling for work or visiting family nearby, this is a great spot to stay!
