Occasionally, weather conditions may affect services like Wi-Fi or power, though these occurrences are uncommon. We kindly ask for your patience during these situations, as they are out of our control.

Tahoe Donner private facilities including Trout Creek Recreation Center, golf courses, tennis, swimming pools, hot tubs, and outdoor recreation galore are accessible to Andermatt Earth Home guests.

Tahoe Donner HOA offers a variety of amenities and services to vacation rental guests and home owners.

Notice: The Tahoe Donner HOA has changed its amenity access policy for short-term rental guests. Effective January 31st 2025.

Each Tahoe Donner property has 6 short-term rental guest cards that will be available at check-in.

Short-term guest cards grant one individual (ages 3+) access to private amenities with a paid daily access fee.

There is a $50 replacement fee per card, even if the card is accidentally taken home. By using these cards the guest agrees to pay for the replacement if they are lost, stolen, or accidentally taken home.

The daily access fee to private HOA amenities:

$10 per day - Ages 3-6
$24 per day - Ages 7+
