Kings Grant oceanside is a townhome community located oceanfront just off Coastal Highway between South Bethany and Fenwick Island and near one of Delaware's beautiful beach state parks. Enjoy the peaceful setting to view the sunrise from your deck or take the walkway to the beach for a closer look. Enjoy the pool located on the bayside. Recent exterior renovations make this community very desirable. Some properties may allow pets.

This multilevel townhouse is located oceanfront with access to beach via walkway/ . Level one offers a living area with wall mount TV, dining area with access to deck that has table and chairs for enjoying the ocean air, dining area, modern kitchen, den and full bathroom. Level two offers two primary bedrooms and bathrooms, one bedroom has a deck, laundry area. Level three offers two bedrooms and a bathroom.

POOL CLOSES MID-LATE SEPTEMBER.

*Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.

Great spot

This is our 2nd year staying in this house. Great location on the beach, access to pool and close enough to restaurants, shops and activities to go, but we love the quiet and not being “in town” while on vacation. We hope to be back next year.

Disappointed

The beach was wonderful and location was good. However, the unit itself needs a lot of TLC. Water was leaking from the third floor bathroom into the light/fan fixture and onto the floor of the master bath. this was fixed by a plumber after a few days by replacing the faucet in the tub. It is clear that this leak was not a new leak as the drywall next to the tub was wet and the ceilings in the master bath and laundry area showed evidence of water leakage. The stairs had nails popping up which were addressed. Additionally, the water filter in the fridge was red ( needed to be changed), the toilet seat in the front second floor bathroom is broken, and the storm door doesn't close properly. We expected better for the price. We have stayed in many different properties over the years and never experienced any issues.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We love the beach front access, beautiful scenery and well kept beaches and dunes, access to the pool. So quiet and clean. 5 minute ride to Bethany or Fenwick with so many restaurants and things to do with kids. It’s a great spot for our family!

Disappointing. For the price should have been cleaner/better cared for.

This was our first (and probably last) experience with VACASA.....very disappointing. Location was great and the home looked good from the outside, but this unit has been well-rented/well-worn, and is in need of much TLC. We expected better for the price. We arrived to floors that had crumbs and dog fur (no pets? really?), an over-filled dishwasher (we opted to use disposables and not deal with it), and TV's that were not functional/usable. Apparently previous occupants had used the HDMI cables and re-hooked them up incorrectly (this took a while to figure out). Many fixtures had blown bulbs, and the light fixture in the foyer had a thick layer of dust. Many windows were dirty, and the front storm door was broken. A towel had dried red-brown material which may have been blood or food. The king bed in the master had UN-attached QUEEN- sized head- and foot-boards just leaning on the bed. Also, it was quite distressing to find someone's prescription pills AND syringes in a drawer in the master bath. What if children had discovered these items? VACASA, the owners, and the cleaning crew need to get together to address these issues. This home has great potential.

#4 Kings Grant

Great location with limited parking. (2 vehicles) Bedrooms on the upper floors had us making other arrangements for older guests with special needs. Although ocean front, it was a long walk from the home to the beach. For instance, other family stayed on the ocean side on another property a little farther down but not right on the ocean, and they were actually closer to the beach access in a larger home for less money. Nice view from upper floor balcony, but not the main floor balcony. Dunes are lovely, but block the view.

Great spot for a family vacation

This home was a great set up for an extended family week at the beach—easily spread out on three floors, with good kids space and a pac-n-play on the top level. There’s easy beach access as well.
