Beautiful bay views from this two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath bayfront townhome in King's Grant! Walk to the beach too! The first level offers the living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bath and large open deck with a great view of the bay. The second floor is home to a full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite (with updated shower, private balcony and bay views of its own). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more: 4 flat-screen TVs, DVD, keyless entry lock, outside shower (not enclosed), Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

King's Grant features an outdoor community pool.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Views trump everything

The views are stupendous. The Crane everyday. The King bedroom is amazing ! The Shower is SO GREAT.

Good Location

The house is nice and the kitchen was stocked fairly well for a weekly rental. Vacasa told me we would receive a daily refund due to the washing machine being broken as it was a promised amenity. It was repaired by the end of our stay. Vacasa is quick to respond by text letting me know they received my communication but actual action is slow and they have been “ looking into my refund” for 6 days now. I seem to be getting the brush off. Besides using sandy beach towels and bathing suits until Thursday evening we had a great family trip.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay! Relaxing place and quiet area away from the high traffic areas! Very responsive to our needs when requests were shared. We will be back for sure!

Great views / poorly equipped

The views are spectacular but while the kitchen has new appliances it is not well outfitted. No dish towels or detergent and one wine glass. Also the master bedroom mattress is on its last legs.

Lovely Natural Views

We loved our stay. The design/windows of the townhouse provide fantastic views and privacy. Spacious light filled master bed and living room. The modern & eclectic art and decor is a breath of fresh air after shell, fishing & nautical overdose in this area! One small issue was some missing key items.

Great beach and bay access

We loved the location of this home. Quiet, calm and easy access to the bay for kayaking and the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. Two tips-if you kayak we suggest getting the wheels to help transport to the dock and the road crossing to the beach is a short walk, but crossing a 55 mile an hour road can be a bit intimidating!

Awesome Condo!

This is a beautiful end-unit condo, perfect for our group! The Bay views are great for sunsets and only a 5 minute walk to the beach! This condo was spacious and clean and we were happy with the ammenities provided! Will definitely rent again!

Gorgeous view

This is a very nice corner unit townhouse with amazing views. All the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is closed to great restaurants and shops. We had a very relaxing time and would stay there again.

Wonderful spot.

Conveniently located between Bethany and Fenwick, but very quiet and calm bay front property with an amazing view and wonderful outside space. Like many rental properties, some of the decor was very dated and questionable, but we found it more amusing than offensive. House was pretty clean, the two larger beds could use replacement mattresses or at least a comfortable topper. Despite being imperfect, the 5 min walk to the beach, roominess, cleanliness and amazing views and location make this worth more than a 4 star rating.

Quick spring retreat

Relaxed setting. Space for everyone. Beautiful views. Comfy beds! Overall very happy with our experience. Just a few minor concerns. Towels were brand new and left us covered in white lint. Seemed like they hadn't been washed as the inspection stickers we're still on the fabric. The vent above the king size bed was caked with dust and needs to be cleaned. (This seems like an oversight as the rest of the house was very neat and clean.) Many of the electrical outlets are very loose, plugs just fell out. I was unable to use my curling iron because it wouldn't stay plugged in to get hot. There were also a few ants when we arrived and throughout our stay, just a few each day, mainly around the kitchen sink. Compared to some places we've rented this was a very minimal ant situation. Again, these were minor concerns, and overall we loved our experience and would be very happy to come back.

Beautiful view but home could have been cleaner

This beautiful townhouse is lovely inside and out with an amazing view of the bay, including 2 Osprey that live very nearby. It’s perfectly located for a beach trip. The main living areas are lovely. However we were very disappointed that the bathrooms and kitchen were not adequately cleaned. There was a bar of used soap in the master shower and whiskers in the sink. The kitchen counters were soiled. We had a wonderful long weekend, but would have preferred that the unit was cleaned thoroughly. Especially during Covid when extra cleaning is recommended, the cleaning crew should have done a better job.

Another great week

In January I rented the property for a week to get away with my adult son. We had a great time, and I especially enjoyed the water views from the living room and the master bedroom. So I brought my wife back for a week in February, and she was delighted as well. The views of the bay are spectacular, even in grey misty weather or snow. On sunny days, the walk across the highway to get to the ocean beach is short and easy. It was a great week. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Terrific Water Views

The house is clean and bright and located at the southwest end of a row of townhouses built right at the edge of grasslands and the bay, so plenty of sun and light throughout the day, and spectacular water views from the living room, master bedroom and porches. We had a walk on the beach at sunset (across the highway, five minute walk), and with the ocean as a backdrop, and then returned to the house to watch the sun drop below the horizon across the bay. Just beautiful.

Good House / needs improvement

The property was comfortable and the view of the bay was lovely. There were a few things to report: The light above the dining table didn't work, the air conditioner went out and it took a day to have it repaired, the bed didn't have proper mattress pads and the mattresses were very thin, there was no broom, no iron, only a couple of wine glasses, and the dishwasher didn't always work. Although the cleaning crew did an excellent job we noted that storage areas were cluttered and dirty and the washer dryer was full of sand and not very effective.

Great location, right opposite beautiful beach

The property, while dated, is kept in good condition and clean and had all the basic necessities for a short stay. It's located right opposite a long, quiet beach and faces the bay which offers lovely sun set views. The property is also close to the heart of Bethany and convenient to local stores and restaurants. Very nice place for a family getaway!
