The first level offers the living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bath and large open deck with a great view of the bay. The second floor is home to a full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite (with updated shower, private balcony and bay views of its own). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more: 4 flat-screen TVs, DVD, keyless entry lock, outside shower (not enclosed), Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.
King's Grant features an outdoor community pool.
*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
