After full days of adventure, the full kitchen features every essential to prepare hearty breakfasts each morning and gourmet meals each night. Spend summer afternoons outside on the deck, barbecuing your fresh catch on the gas grill or relaxing around the fire pit, and winter evenings inside, watching Netflix favorites on the flatscreen TV. This home is within walking distance to in-town restaurants, bars, local shopping, a free public boat lunch, and snowmobile trails mere yards away, so you will have no dull moments on this vacation!

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Space by the Lake

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious two bedroom. The deck is lovely in the mornings from which we even spotted some deer at the end of the driveway! It's a short walk to the lake and the restaurants Greenville has to offer. We highly recommend the property for your next stay in Greenville.

Great

Great place and loved that it had two bathrooms for two families! We also loved to be within walking distance to the marina where we could leave our boat for the weekend for a small fee. Also loved to be that close to downtown and the trading post for all that we may need.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Our stay was nice. The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the town of Greenville. This property however is not right on the lake which the property ad was a little misleading in its photos. Instead, it was set back in a nearby neighborhood. All in all, we did enjoy ourselves, but if we would have brought our boat it would have had to be docked in another location.

Great location, beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautiful, new appliances and furnishings. Comfortable beds and furniture. There is nice outdoor space too with a deck, table and grill. Also a firepit and Adirondack chairs. Just be sure you are ok with stairs, there are quite a few steps and not easy with large luggage. Would definitely book again.

Nice new rental in Greenville ME

We were impressed with the new rental in Greenville. It was clean, good size and close to town. Beds were comfy and it was perfect for our family of four (3 adults & a teenager). The only drawback was not having direct access to the boat dock pictured. We were able to use public fishing area.

Excellent Second Stay!

This is our second time at the property and it was just as good as the first stay. Immaculate and beautiful space with all of the amenities that you could ask for. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Moosehead while having great access to downtown Greenville. We will be back!

Amazing!! Best place to stay in Greenville!

We flew into Greenville for the seaplane fly-in and this house was amazing! Immaculately clean (smells like a brand new house), completely stocked with everything we needed for our stay...they even included firewood and a gas grill! It is a super convenient location near all the action on the waterfront and everything is within walking distance. It is a very quiet area and we had zero problems getting good sleep in this comfy house. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Greenville! We will absolutely be back again!

Nice Stay in a Nice Place

The property was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. A complete set of knives, cutting boards, can openers, peelers, corkscrew, and coffee grinder were just some of the things which were provided... but often overlooked at other places!

Excellent stay!

Thank you to the owners for a very pleasant stay. The home was immaculate and in brand new condition. Everything was new, clean and very high quality. It is very well located to downtown bars and restaurants. I always take a couple annual snowmobile trips to Moosehead and I hope to be able to stay again. Thank you!!

Great location, beautiful space

The rental space is so clean and well cared for. Our family had a very relaxing stay and would love to go back. The only issue we had was that upon arrival the key wasn’t in the lock box, we couldn’t reach Vacasa and were pretty frustrated. Finally got ahold of Vacasa and the local agent was great.

Great Location Close to Downtown

Thank you for letting us stay. The place is a very clean and new feeling. The location is awesome, being able to walk into downtown. My only advice for future guests is: you need to lift the handle to lock the door. Not a big deal but took me a second to figure out. 5 stars and again, Thank you
