Wiggins home

Nice deck to view beautiful fall foliage. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Kitchen had all we needed. Hot shower with good water pressure. Comfortable property, quiet, in the middle of town, close to everything. Only 2 steps to enter front door.

No dock

The house was perfect but one of the main reasons we chose this one was because we wanted to rent a boat and use the boat dock. The dock was already pulled from the water even though it was in the high 60s. This changed the whole dynamics of our stay. Also the fire pit was nice but that area of the yard could use a good cleaning.

Great location, property is odd

First off, it's a property management company who contacts you incessantly and bugs you to download their app often. I'm on vacation, I don't want to be micromanaged or bothered. Pros: Check in was easy. House was clean. Good location - can easily get to trails or the town Nice deck! Well stocked kitchen Cons: The floors are incredibly sloped. Please be careful walking in this place - not sure if the foundation is sinking or what. Bathroom door has a lot of damage to it Only one window unit AC - the house was extremely stuffy and musty when we walked into it during the middle of summer. Had to open all the windows to air it out. The bedroom with all the extra linens had a horrible smell that we couldn't seem to air out.

Be aware there is no dock (we were there in July. The dock in the photo appears to be two houses down. Nice deck but the trees block the view of the water. Fire pit is just on the edge of the weeds in back. Gas grill is also near the weeds. This is not newly renovated and showing a tiny bit of wear. This is an old small house with rooms added. Floors are not level. Not handicap friendly. Pricey for what you get. Though It was clean and worked for us.

Cozy and Quiet

Well-stocked kitchen, nice linens and very peaceful setting. The back deck gets a nice afternoon sun and the out door furniture is nice and new. Plenty of towels and bedding. One bed needs replacing. The 2 others were comfortably firm. If you want to squish 2 people in a double bed you’ll need a firm mattress!

Pleasant stay. No instructions on operating TV. No cell service so real headache accessing wi fi since I needed code which was in email. Place was clean and comfortable. Needs smaller glasses in kitchen. Dock is at property next door so unclear if dock is usable at this property even though pictures in summary

Beautiful place to stay

Comfortable house in a really lovely place for a short midsummer break. The sheltered creek leads to the lake and appears to be navigable. The dock looks like it is shared with the house next door, which may be owned by the same people. Be prepared for mosquitos, of course.

Nice renovation, solid value

Cozy stay

This is a cozy house. It was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking (thanks for the huge colander and salad spinner). We enjoyed the river view and the ducks. The deck is huge and had a fire pit, but a miss since there is no outdoor table or chairs. We stayed several days and there was only 6 towels and wash clothes for the six of us. I don't mind reusing towels, but 4 nights is a little too long to reuse the same ones. (No washer-dryer, but a laundromat around the corner). We decided to wash them ourselves.

Very nice

We spent a weekend in the Greenville and enjoyed our stay. The home is a short walk to Kelley’s Landing which is a fantastic restaurant on Moosehead Lake. Beautiful views. House was nice and clean.

Very nice

Old but good

We enjoyed this home very much. It was comfy and cozy. Only thing we would suggest is, a new coffee pot. It spilled water each time, it is missing a piece below filter basket. Also the master bedroom window facing the road, has a very sharp piece of plastic on the lock. Went to lock window and stabbed the end of my finger. Other than that we enjoyed it. Very clean. Thank you. The Bryants

Cute house on a stream

The house is on a quiet street, only a 5 minute drive to the main street with several shops. There’s a grill and firepit in the backyard and a small dock. We had issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen. There were unwashed dishes in the dishwasher that stunk, a moldy coffee cup by the sink, and burnt food in the oven that we had to scrape off before using. The bedrooms are small but fine for sleeping. The living room and dining room are nice. The Greenville area is a great place to visit with a lot of outdoor activities to do!

Great Vacation

This little house was perfect for a long weekend trip to Greenville. The stream accommodates a very small boat with the launch right near by! The house even had a grill that was not listed. Great stay! The house could have been a tad cleaner as there were crumbs around the kitchen and under some furniture.
