This mini apartment is part of my house, so we share a wall.
It has a bedroom with a queen bed, closet and TV, plus another room with table, chairs, fridge, TV and a sofa.
The entrance is private and the guests can share the pool, the terrace, BBQ and outdoor gas grill with us.

There is a mini cold water washer and a portable A/C in the bedroom, even though the unit has centralized A/C. We provide a kitchenette with two burners, sink and another small fridge.

Great rental for 2. Location was easy to access Bradenton and Sarasota events. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Apartment

We were lucky enough to stay at this apartment and get away from the Iowa winter! The apartment is small, but lovely and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very small, and I would not recommend it for cooking meals every day, but definitely sufficient for our needs. Even though we did not swim in the pool, it was wonderful to have our breakfast by the pool. The garden with gorgeous palm trees is an oasis. The location fantastic, everything we wanted to do was within a 10-15 minute drive. We will definitely try to book this again when we return to the area.

You get what you pay for

You can stay at this property for a low price, and this is the main advantage. We were however a bit disappointed about its cleanliness (came across some cockroaches), and you can hear the attached neighbours quite loudly (they had a party one night and we could hear them word for word).

October Get-away

We truly enjoyed the location of this rental. It is centrally located to the beaches we wanted to explore and within 35 or so minutes from all of them. Anna was very responsive to questions and the rental had everything we needed for a week’s stay.

Awesome Host!

The little apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed is comfortable, and the back yard is very private with tropical flowers, plants, and trees. Close to airport, but no airport noise

A Peaceful Stay

This peaceful property was perfect for our needs. Close to mom's assisted living facility, it provided everything we needed. I enjoyed having my breakfast in the lovely outside sitting area. My husband appreciated the small washing machine and drying rack. Would stay again.

quiet and cute

This house was small but perfect size for 2 people. For price you couldnt beat it. It is clean and has a beautiful pool and landscape. Close to all restaurants and beaches. Owner is wonderful quick message response.

1st Time Snowbirds

Overall, our stay was good and comfortable. Anna is very prompt on responding and accomodating. It was nice being able to use the lanai and fire pit areas as extra space, especially when the weather was nice. We loved the location for walking the neighborhoods, shopping, restaurants, etc. We would rent again.

Nice, secluded, busy traffic to get to beaches.

The space was nice, kitchenette really tight. Washer, no dryer. The sidewalk around the house is a little challenge. Wonderful hosts.

Perfect for a small getaway

We loved the mini apartment. It was everything we needed to enjoy our small getaway. It was really close to a ton of fantastic restaurants and things to do. We didn't really need to talk with our host, Anna, mainly because she had already provided everything we needed. It was a little confusing coming in the dark to find the pathway around to the apartment, maybe a little sign to point the way from the driveway? Besides that, everything was exactly what we expected. Neat, clean and great price!! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your space! We will recommend it to our friends and family.

very nice little apartment

The only problems we had was the gate was very difficult to open. It appeared that some of the mechanisms were rusted. Also, I feel it would be reasonable to be provided more than 1 towel and washcloth each for a 5 day stay. Also, all other VRBOs that we have stayed in provided coffee to put in the coffee maker. That would have been a nice perk. Pool was awesome!!
