Great place. honest people

great experience. house was better then the pics. very clean as well for a house that allows dogs.. would def stay here again. wasn't sure about the area but you def feel safe at this place. cameras are pretty cool so you can see everything outside and my kids loved the pool table. to top it off when we left i left a good amount of money at the house by accident. within an hour of me leaving the host got a hold of me and let me know that somebody left money there and she sent it to me right away. That alone shows me how honest and good these people are. thank you!!

Nice house but broken billiard

I booked the house for location and additional perks. This one had advertised 4 pictures of the billiard table and dart board. When we arrived neither were available for use. I was disappointed and asked for compensation which was offered and later never received. When I called to tell Addy the billiard had a huge crack I was told I was disturbing her birthday dinner with her daughter. This was very poor service. I expect to be able to use what is advertised. She has since changed her ad to say it is out of service. That didn’t help me.

What a great little place!

Had some friends and family get together for the long weekend to attend the Miami Boat Show...great little place outside the hustle and bustle of Miami proper with easy access to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami!

Perfect location for events at Hard Rock Stadium.

Property is as advertised. Clean, plenty of space, fairly quiet neighborhood, felt secure. Addy was responsive and provided suggestions to consider during our stay. I would recommend the property and agent (Addy) for your next trip to Miami.

Not what we expected

First off we received the rules of the house on the way to the property. I think that should be sent enough time for you to cancel your booking, if your not happy with the terms. The beds felt like memory foam which all of my guest and myself left with our backs hurting. Our allergies went crazy as if the the filter needed to be changed. The yard wasn't mowed so that put a damper on any chance of a Barbeque . I think overall just threw me off of enjoying the rest of the house. The owner was very nice throughout the process overall.

Short of Words

Our experience staying here was incredible to say the least. We were all impressed (the children and the adults) at the care Addy put in the home, the attention to detail was amazing. There are many but one example is; Addy knew we were coming in with kids and she put some toys in the home to accommodate them. The rooms were spacious, entire house very clean, amazing decor, bathroom seats sanitized, enough utencils in the kitchen for our large group, great security measures put in place as well. Just wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Miami. Thank you for making our first time in Miami a great experience Addy!!!

Amazing stay

Check in process. was very smooth and place is clean and gorgeous! Plenty of space and lots of comfy beds! I Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Addy was very helpful and stayed in contact. House was equipped with everything that we needed. We loved it, thank you!

The cutest house on the outside with the most gorgeous inside

This house was wonderful. The decor, the set up, the outdoor space; all very beautiful and accommodating. I thought we’d feel cramped but the floor plan is so well placed that we had plenty of room to hang out with each other and private space. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We were 15-20 mins to everything. We will book this location annually!
