Large Pickle ball court! Tucked close to the beach, this up-and-coming neighborhood is buzzing with a laid-back vibe. You've got your fair share of beach bums mixed with folks looking for a good time. Bars and restaurants spill onto the sidewalks, and you can take your pick from seafood joints with a view to casual spots serving up tacos and cold beers. The nightlife is a friendly mix of locals and visitors catching some live music or just hanging out by the beach bonfires. Speaking of the beach you must check out Hollywood beach it has the best boardwalk, with lots of things to do, places to eat and people watching,
Mornings are for swimming in our 8 person spa/hot tub or just soaking up the sun, and evenings are perfect for a laid-back stroll or hanging by our Tiki Hut listening to music, sipping on a Margarita or grilling. This neighborhood has a laid back cool, beachy charm. It's where urban meets sand, creating a down-to-earth vibe that's perfect for those who want a slice of sea life without all the frills.

Perfect vacation home

Located in a quiet residential area, this place stood out! The house is immaculate and beautiful! It had everything we needed! There was plenty of space. The outdoor area was spectacular!

Family Vacation Stay

Since this was my first experience using platforms like this, I was initially hesitant about booking the property due to the limited number of reviews. However, David was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions promptly, which really put my mind at ease. The property itself was beautifully furnished, spotless, well-equipped, spacious, and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Better than advertised

This place was amazing. Convenient to shopping, dining, stadium and Barry University. Very nice remodel and well appointed. Everything we needed. Loved the swim spa hot tub. While tennis and pickle ball players we never got to enjoy the court. Tiki hut grill area was very nice with top of the line grill plus 2 refrigerators and an ice machine. Nice to have a washer dryer.

A Real Oasis

Stayed with several friends for a long weekend, enjoyed the pickleball court, the spa, the tiki bar/grill - all that the home had to offer. It truly is a gem of a spot to have a fun weekend with friends. Communication with the property owner was immediate, incredibly welcoming and helpful in all aspects. The neighborhood around the property is definitely up and coming, but we found it to be delightful and very welcoming. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a place for a fun weekend where you don't need to stray far at all if you don't want to, this is your place.

Impress your out of town guests

It was my wife's 50th birthday and I rented this place for my guests overflow. It's in old Hollywood near Federal Highway. That massive kitchen, all marble floors, decked out master bedroom and huge dining room table are definitely WOW!! The house looked and smelled great! The host responded in minutes to every query and the experience was easy like Sunday morning.I had guests from 5 states and overseas and I just wish I could say it was my place. Don't even get me started on the cabana. That gem has two refrigerators, its own ice maker, a sink, oval counter and high stools. It was perfect for our domino and card nights. The yard has seating everywhere and the pickle ball court is a nice touch. The place has welcome written all over it!Only downside was not enough parking. Don't let your vehicle hang over the sidewalk or you'll get a ticket.

Mostly positive. Little negative

Overall we had a positive experience. Listing was as advertised. Better in person actually. A little strict with the guideline of the house but nothing crazy. The only issue we had was after checkout regarding property damage that disnt happene during out stay. Issue got rectified and the owner apologies but still. Besides that i would definitely stay here again.
