This first floor updated one-bedroom two-bathroom condo is on the beachside of Midnight Pass Rd in a small, privately-owned complex, with your parking spot right out front( max to Mid SUV = size similar Honda pilot , please message for questions ) This cozy condo is 100 yards from the #1 beach in the United States, Crescent Beach! We also feature a beautiful saltwater pool that is only a 2-minute walk from your door. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops right across the street! darling condo

This was a cute meticulously clean little condo. The hosts were the sweetest people and kept in contact with me to explain everything and make sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us french pastries one morning. The unit was newly renovated and had 2 beautiful tile showers with waterfall shower heads. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything We Needed

This cute property had everything we needed to access one of the nicest beaches and snorkeling areas (if not nicest) near Siesta Key. We were able to eat in our house or out as desired. The available beach equipment was especially helpful as was the second bathroom if we subsequently return with our kids. Great place!

Fantastic Host Great Location

Booked this location for our 21st wedding anniversary and I can not say enough great things about our host. Sue went above and beyond. From the anniversary gifts (yes multiple) to the stocked property. Comfortable right from the minute we walked in the door. Easy walk to the pool & beach, local restaurants and a couple gift shops. More quiet than the downtown area which we liked, the down town is only a quick ten minute drive straight down the street. Everything you need for the beach is right there, chairs, coolers, an umbrella, and even a wagon. I will definitely be booking here again. I have zero complaints about this property. Sue is the best VRBO host we have ever had.

Amazing

Sue was the most kind and hospitable host during our stay and made everything seamless. The condo was so cute and perfect for our needs. Our only complaint was having to walk kind of far to the pool. We would definitely book this place again if we decide to come back!

Great place to stay

This property is perfect for 2 people and the location cannot be beat. The owners made the stay perfect with them communicating where to park, Wi-Fi, and instructions for check in and check out. The place is super clean and the mattress is amazing. I contacted the owner about the mattress and they send a picture of it. Trust me you will not find better owners

Beautiful beach!

The location of the property is one block from beautiful Cresent Beach. The unit is in a former beachy motel. The unit is small and so is the parking lot. Make sure the parking spot will accommodate your vehicle. We had a few interactions with the host and they were very responsive. It was a good stay for the price.

Hunters’ wives retreat!

As two women who have watched our husbands trek into the woods for years looking for deer, we decided to do our own little hunt. We wanted a place to relax, rest, enjoy some sunshine and beautiful surroundings. Our hosts made the one bedroom apt. so much bigger by providing two full bathrooms, a very clean setting, fully equipped kitchen, and everything one needs to be comfortable inside and well-equipped for days on the beach. We literally wanted for nothing since our host went way above our expectations with little extras. They paired high quality linens and towels with well-made furnishings. Add all this to the quiet and beauty of Crescent beach, the easy walk to restaurants and shops, and the access to hop a trolley when we felt like heading to the village end for shopping and exploring, and you’ll understand our five-star experience!

Will definitely be back!

My overall experience was a 10/10! This will be a yearly tradition for me going forward. The place was so clean and cozy! The location to water was everything! If you go please try Annie’s Deli and Jakes ice cream! The tiki bar down the road was so much as well! The hosts were probably the nicest people I have met in a long time and really went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Do not hesitate to book this place for your next vacation!

Nice little spot

The condo was decorated very nice with a beach theme. It was just the right size for two people and the two bathrooms were a plus. They had everything there that you could need for the beach which was very nice and what they had was good quality. The owners were great and left a little welcome bag with goodies for us. The only real complaint is the bed. It was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great place.

Highly Recommend

2 adults rented for the weekend. We had a great experience. Definitely one of the best stocked places we've rented over the years. Communication with host was great. Checkin/Checkout was simple. The space was very clean and well stocked with a lot of thoughtful touches by the host. It was a quiet place. We could occasionally hear the renters above moving around, but that was minimal and no other noise from neighbors. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. Host provided for a very comfortable stay along with everything needed for a day at the beach (beach towels, wagon, umbrella, cooler, etc). The next time we go we'll pack light with personal items only on our flight because the host has provided everything else that is needed. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and for creating such a wonderful place to stay, Zhizhong!

Perfect place for a getaway!!

Everything was great! We parked the car and didn’t move it for 3 days. We walked to the pool, beach, local restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. We had a fabulous time and Zhizhong was a fantastic host!

Nice place for a couple on Siesta Key

This is a cute and comfortable little two room condo (apparently an old motel that has been converted) right in the Southbridge area of Siesta Key. Fully modern heat, AC, small kitchen, and two baths. Within walking distance of a heated pool, Crescent Beach, at least 6 restaurants, a drug store, a food store, a post office and a 7-11. Very quiet at night, great for a couple. A short drive to the bridge for access to other Sarasota attractions.

Little Gem

We we pleasantly surprised by the amenities in the apartment. It was very clean and had sufficient supplies of everyday needs to keep us from having to run to the store. Plus the hosts were very welcoming without being intrusive. The property is nice, well-appointed, with decent bed, sofa, appliances. We will come back!

Our stay at ebb tide was a dream. As a first time out of state trip alone the booking and check in process was extremely easy. As far as our stay there was so much around to do as far and places to eat, outdoor activities, and even fun staying in!

We love Ebb Tide!!

My husband and I wanted to come to Siesta Key for our honeymoon so we ended up renting this condo. The owners couldn't have been any sweeter and were extremely communicative and helpful. Our stay was so easy. The keyless entry is a wonderful thing so you aren't carrying keys with you to the beach. The condo has everything you'd need for your stay. There are beach towels, chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and even a little backpack cooler. There are plenty of toiletries there like shampoo, sunscreen, body wash, and a first aid kit. Literally all we bought while we were there was our groceries and some snorkeling gear. Speaking of which, Point of Rocks is very close by if you want to do some cool snorkeling! All in all, the condo is in a very good location. At times, I wished it was a little closer to the village but there was still plenty to do right in that area and it was easy to get to the village using the trolley. We did not have a car for the week and we found there were plenty of easy and free ways to get around. Everyone in Siesta Key was so laid back and friendly. We found many great restaurants (The Cottage, Captain Curt's, Siesta Key Oyster Bar, and the Big Water Fish Market right across the street were a few of our favorites) and plenty to do (I rented a paddleboard right on the beach). We never used the pool because the beach is stunningly gorgeous, but it was nice to have that option. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Great place to stay near the beach

We loved this cute little cottage near the beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Bed was comfy and clean. The owners went above and beyond with the welcome chocolates, coolers, wagon, chairs, umbrella! Would loved to have stayed longer!

Great Owners great Unit great Location!

Ebb tide unit 5and6 Is one of the best VRBO I have stayed at. I say this based on a couple of factors. 1. Location- while not directly on the beach it is very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and small grocery. The pool and beach are maybe 200-300yard walk which was very simple and easy to get too. 2. Price/Value- this place was thoughtfully thought out, everything you could possibly need and everything nicely labeled. Unit included coolers, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, beach toys for kids. 3. Updated and very clean. Unit included great TVs, good bedding, and all cooking utensils. 4. Host communication our host was amazing from hand written note upon arrival to checking in and really offering to get anything we may need. This unit has two full baths a small common area, 1 bedroom and a nice little patio area. It’s perfect for a husband and wife getaway. Or a family with 2 small kids. All in all I’d highly recommend this property and the owner to anyone looking for a great vacation on the number 1 beach in the USA.

Perfect Weekend Spot

First of all - I can't say enough good things about Zhizhong and his wife. There was a slight problem with our itinerary (100% my fault) and they couldn't have been more understanding or helpful! Secondly, the condo was perfect for a trip with my mom and sister. Clean, quiet and such a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!
