Very well kept. It was great being so close to the pool in the beach. The location was super with our 13-year-old and nine year-old grandchildren. We had lots of fun in the pool was great.

Couldn’t get a better location. Many dolphins could be seen from the patio in the evenings. The condo was clean had everything we needed. Our host had great communication. I will definitely book again.

The place was a lot better than I expected from the photos
 The view was Amazing, the water was so blue and beautiful.. it was like paradise.. free laundry directly across the hall was a plus.. the unit is larger in person and was plenty of room for us 3.. could easily sleep 4. Comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere.. definitely want to stay again..

We loved everything about this. Will definitely be back. Very peaceful and quiet and only steps away from the beach. We were lucky enough to see manatees during our stay that stayed for awhile giving everyone quiet the show. Dolphins were another exciting thing to see and all this right from our patio view. This will be a place we will visit every chance we get.

The place was just as shown on line. Wonderful location, pool and beautiful beach steps from your patio. Many dolphins were seen.

The perfect location!

Annette's place is lovely and you couldn't ask for a closer beach location - right out the door! While there is still some hurricane damage to the landscaping, it just brought the beach even closer to the unit! There were always beach chairs and umbrellas available and the beach was not at all crowded. The unit was well equipped wiwith everything we needed and the Publix is one easy mile down the road for shopping. Great stay, we will come again!TBeachumbrella

Welcome to paradise

Loved the view. It was awesome to walk out to the beach from the condo. Beautiful white sand beaches . My husband and I loved it. The host was available to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend this place!

Long Boat Key Weekend

First trip to AMI/Long Boat Key. Beautiful condo, less than 150-200’ from beachfront. Room was exactly as described and was perfect for myself and two daughters. The check in process was extremely easy, and communication with property owner was very clear and timely. I would definitely stay at this property over and over again. Note: beach chairs were provided on first come/first serve basis. A few community beach umbrellas were available also.

Gorgeous spot

Gorgeous beach and the room is right on the beach. Great patio area with grill.. And there are rabbits that hop around outside your back. Door it was the cutest thing ever! Love this place we'll be back!

Beach

Place was clean and excellent location but not quite as depicted from on line picture. Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy.

I am a retired widow who loves this area and the white sand beaches. I retired as a civilian from the Navy. I want to be sure that anyone who rents this unit has a great vacation. I grew up in TN, worked for the Navy in IN, and retired to FL. Undergraduate of Tennessee Tech, and Masters from Indiana University.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

It is one, if not the only unit, that was for sale that looked directly at the gulf and with just a few steps (ground level), your toes are on the sand beach. No road to cross, no steps to climb, nothing to obstruct the view like other areas with high rises. The beach is uncrowded.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Directly fronts the gulf. Heated swimming -pool. Free parking, wi-fi, cable TV, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Quiet end unit with privacy.
