Cozy and Clean

Sylvia and Peter were very accommodating and communicative. The place was extremely clean, well maintained, and stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom essentials. This was a very lovely place to stay and would highly recommend.

Loved this suite

This suite was perfect for us. With our own entrance we Enjoyed privacy from the rest of the house. Everything we needed was here. Location is excellent. We used a car but also public transportation. Bus stops just one house away—very convenient to get around and to get to the train station. The owner was outstanding with communication and responding to anything we needed. Highly recommend and we would absolutely rent again next time.

Overall it’s an okay stay,.

The property is very much matching the listing one, the owners are very nice, and efficient. Location is central , quiet and safe. There are some things not really convenient- no outlet to charge your phone or your desktop at both bedside and dining table side. Bathroom no hooks to hang your clothes, closet door can nearly open (too close to the bed). Open/close the front gate is a pain when drive in/out, it’s so slow, while the property is by the main road Gilbert.

A Very Pleasant Stay

I was looking for a quiet place to stay with a buddy of mine during a visit for my friends' wedding. The neighborhood was gorgeous, the property owners respectful and the place itself was very clean. A lovely location that I would happily stay at again!

This property has very good location and extremely good privacy. The host prepared a private parking lot for us. We stayed about three weeks, and feel very comfortable. The under floor heating system makes me missing this place after I get back to my own home. Overall an excellent place and strongly recommend.

The unit is self sufficient, there's kitchen with utensils to use, living room, dining room, your own private bathroom, washer, dryer. I have stayed here while I was working on line and i like the environment, you will see green space in front. It was peaceful and quiet which I love because I was able to concentrate on my work. The place is just steps to bus stops to wherever you wanted to go. It is also close to groceries, M&M on the side, freshco for a few minutes walk. It's clean and perfect for me. I will definitely come back here again!
