The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 90 m² air-conditioned house with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, for rent in Olmeto. It can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 350 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- 37 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower, WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 350 m² private enclosed garden with a pétanque court.
- Two terraces of 20 m² and 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Olmeto, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
