Come relax and escape to our stylish contemporary home that is the perfect high desert getaway to relax and soak in the peace and quiet while reconnecting with friends and family. Conveniently located minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Casa Amarilla boasts 4 bedrooms, den, 2 baths, large bright living room, full kitchen, multiple dining areas, a robust backyard complete with hot tub, BBQ, hammocks and fire pit with seating to sit back, relax and enjoy the stars above.

• THE SPACE
The house is surrounded by windows allowing tons of natural light to freely flow in and boasts beautiful views of the desert landscape in every direction. There are 4 bedrooms + den and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10 people. The living room has direct access to the kitchen, dining area and has a large samsung smart TV, fireplace and cozy couch for lounging around.

The property is yours to roam and relax. With multiple separate lounge areas, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a cocktail during Golden Hour.

• THE OUTDOORS
The backyard has been curated for the perfect indoor/outdoor experience. With covered outside dining table adorned with string lights, a deck with loungers surround the hot tub and pool. Sit around the propane fire pit and enjoy the dark skies above filled with stars from the milky way.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• BEDROOM
The third bedroom with a queen bed does not have 4 complete walls. One wall, has shutters separating it from the living room. They can be opened and closed but sound can be heard from both inside and outside the bedroom. There are pictures of this bedroom and the "window" for a more clear idea of this bedrooms set up.

• PULL OUT BED
The couch in the den pulls out to a queen size bed to allow for 2 additional guests. Please note, this space does not have a door but it has a curtain for privacy.

• GOOD NEIGHBOR BROCHURE
Once the booking has been completed, there will be a mandatory signature required on the Town of Yucca Valleys, Good Neighbor Brochure. That will need to be completed to secure your reservation.

• POOL
The pool is a cowboy tub that can be filled up with water for your use. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April - October, it is cold-water-only. These are meant for soaking in and are a "desert pool".

• A/C AND HEAT
The Casa Amarilla has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.

• WASHER/DRYER
A washer and dryer available to guests that's are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room too.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
