Fishing trip

Met up with a great group of my fishing friends. Location is great, close to fishing and restaurants. Boat ramp 2 blocks away. The weather was amazing this trip with lots of fish to be caught. We have been doing this trip for 10 to 12 year. Great time

Valentines fishing trip

Beautiful home and wonderful host

I had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, accommodating, and helpful throughout. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Great for 4 people

We loved our time at the house and would love to have stayed longer! Wish we had one more bed for our family of 5 …the ad states the home accommodates 6-7 but we were told we did not have access to the downstairs room with extra beds. We made do with the sofa for our youngest. Our host was kind and gave info when asked….the best part was the ocean views!

Good friends fishing trip

We had a great time. The house is set up prefect. Enough room for 2 boats in the driveway. Plenty of room in the house and bonus room. And last but not least, we had a 6 great days of fishing or should I say catching. See ya next year

Second stay, everything we needed.

Great stay, close to marina and top water grill. Guys fishing trip, had everything we needed. The extra wide parking is great for 2 boats to back in. We’ll be back again. Also note you can take your catch to top water grill to be cooked for you, they do great job.

Perfect Summer Rental

This lovely place was so peaceful and quite with a view that soothes the soul! It was perfect for my daughter and grandson to spend the summer while she looked for a permanent place in nearby Webster. It gave her the opportunity to take her time to scope out all her options. She said coming back to “Sunny San Leon” at the end of the day was so welcoming. We had a wonderful time on the patio grilling and even had a crab boil that my grandson had caught himself! We will always treasure the memories of friends and family while we spent time in San Leon. The food at Top Water Grill and Gilhooleys was excellent. We had lots of fun eating out and exploring the shops and sights, too Shari was the perfect person to rent from! She left us alone but was always available if we had questions or needed anything. I am also grateful for Richard (a neighbor) who helped with getting the trash to the road on trash days. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us, Shari. We enjoyed every day of our stay!
