Good property and close to what we needed

Overall, the property and location were exactly what we were looking for. Our main reason for selecting the location was to have a heated pool for our Spring Break trip. The communication from booking through trouble shooting was good. The disappointing experience is that unfortunately the heater for the pool broke the day we were arriving and never worked properly during our entire stay. The property manager was responsive and tried several times to get it running and it would run for a while, but never long enough to make the temperature warm enough to enjoy. While I understand he wasn’t a pool guy, and I understand that equipment breaks down occasionally, I just also feel that it isn’t our fault either and the main reason for selecting the property was the heated pool. I wish the owner would have taken a more proactive approach and tried to make it up to us, other than just returning the heating fee, which I feel should be a given since it didn’t work.

Nice backyard and pool

We enjoyed staying at this cute house. The backyard is nice and private and the pool was lovely. Little cold even with paying 30 per night to have the pool heated, but it was end of December so that is to be expected. The house was not as clean as it should have been upon our arrival. I shared that with the host and they offered to send out a cleaner but we declined given we were already getting settled. Neighborhood isn't the greatest but we didn't have any problems. Convenient location for getting to the freeway and some good restaurants close by. The host was very accommodating to let us check in a little early and check out a little late which was greatly appreciated. We did not use the casita but that would be very convenient if another family was joining us. Finally, there is no hot tub just FYI. The listing does not state anything about a hot tub however other comments did so I was hoping to enjoy that as well, but the hot tub has been removed.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Loved this house ! Way better than any hotel !! Kids loved the pool and house felt like home from the minute we stepped thru the door. Definitely looking for this place next time we head into the desert

Beautiful Backyard

This house was the perfect fit for our family of 4 with room to spare! The backyard was private, quiet and well maintained. We were located close to everything we wanted to see in the area. The hosts even provided a Pack n Play and high chair for our one year old.

This was a great property, there was a lot of room packed in a little space and our family could really spread out and enjoy our time. The outdoor space was amazing and we loved that the owners provided bikes and pool toys for our kids. The location about literal 20-25 minutes from everywhere that we wanted to visit. We will be back, we loved this house!

Nice stay

My friends and I were coming back from a sailboat trip so it was nice to offer them a place to stay after a long day of flying. Beds for everyone that night and coffee available in the morning. My sister and I stayed for a few more days for a medical thing. The pool was nice and the house is well stocked. Good communication with the manager. Would stay again.

Phoenix Oasis

Our family group of 5 adults and two children had a great stay in Phoenix at this property. My son qualified for National Speech and Debate in student congress, which was held at the Convention Center. It was an easy, 10 minute drive from the house to the convention center to watch him compete. The house was also centrally located for driving to various fun outings around the city. Most attractions were a 20-25 minutes drive. The setup of having two separate houses on one property worked out amazingly well for our two families. The larger house was comfortable and well-stocked. The casita was perfect for one couple to stay in and offered extra privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The outside area in the backyard was perfect for all of us to utilize. The pool was clean and a good size for our family. Some of the pool toys had holes in them but were still mostly usable. The kids didn't mind. We loved lounging in the comfortable chairs and hammock in the shade throughout the day. The girls loved the sand toys in the garage and played in the sand for hours. The only problem with the property that I noticed was in the casita. The bathroom sink leaked around the faucet and handles when the water was on. It was a small leak and went into the sink. Not a big deal for us. Overall, we loved this property and would stay here again if the opportunity to visit Phoenix arose again!

Our family stayed here for a few days while my spouse attended a conference. Neighborhood was quiet and really close to everything. We loved using the hot tub. Overall a great place to stay.

Nice outdoor space and pool

We stayed at this home while in Phoenix for spring training. There were 4 adults, and the house had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor space is nice - very peaceful with a pool, covered porch, eating area, and a hot tub. The pool is not heated, which we knew, so we didn't use it, but the hot tub was nice and warm. The pool and hot tub were clean - in fact the pool guy came to clean them during our stay. Some items (such as outdoor rugs) are quite worn and could use replacing, but overall the house was clean and well equipped.

Great home for a family trip

Our family group of 5 adults chose this property for a baseball Spring Training trip, and it worked out perfectly. One couple stayed in the casita, while the other couple and the single stayed in the main house. We cooked meals in the main house, and lounged in the living area, which is spacious enough for a large group. The management company was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet but close to major roads. There is an office/sunroom area with another bed and a cot that would be great for kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, but unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to use the beautiful pool - although I was tempted. There are bikes and helmets, pool toys, skateboards, and other thoughtful amenities such as a rack of spices. Plenty of cookware and very nice appliances.

Perfect place for extended family

Loved this place with separate casita for grandparents- though we had teens fighting for it too😊. Everything was so well organized and marked with so many extras we didn’t expect- the extra little touches that made so much sense. We’d definitely stay here again!

The property is very quaint. Beautiful little Casita in the back. The home served our needs. The air conditioner quite working one day, but the property manager was able to find someone to come fix it later that day. They had almost everything we needed for a large family to stay. Thank you!

The property was exactly as it was in the listing. Great to have the Casita for the extra room. The children had a great time with the pool. Kitchen fully stocked. Made it easy to cook at home away from home.
