Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and an 80 m² terrace. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
