Travel 0.8 miles on the free shuttle to QuickSilver SuperChair. Or go 1.1 miles to Peak Base 9, where you’ll find gear rentals and restaurants. When you’re ready for a night out, stroll 10 minutes on Main Street to find yourself downtown – home to a plethora of local eateries and breweries, art galleries, and quaint shops. To switch up your skiing or hiking terrain, drive 17.2 miles to Copper Mountain.

Interior highlights include a stylish three-story floor plan, comfortable furnishings, and stylish rustic-chic decor. Snuggle up on the large leather sofa in the living area or recline with a book in one of the armchairs by the windows. The gas fireplace with stone surround creates and inviting, lodge-like ambiance and fills the room with warmth. Watch your favorite shows on a 52” TV.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals. Perch at either kitchen bar (each with seating for guests) and sip drinks while your meal simmers. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for everyone by the bay windows. Find quiet privacy in the third-floor primary suite, furnished with a plush king bed. Sip morning coffee on the balcony or enjoy a movie night on the 52” TV. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. You’ll find two more bedrooms on the ground floor. The first includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a 32” TV. The other boasts a queen bed, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Top notch unit in the Heart of Breck

The Condo was perfect for me and our 2 rotten teenagers… I was stuck with the bunk bed room while The Princess took the Master and her Brother jumped on the other room. Don’t feel sorry for me though because I dialed back the clock to 1983 and immediately claimed TOP BUNK…and unlike every time from age 5 to 12, there was NO resistance from my big brothers!We walked down to the Crepe Stand every night and waddled home. We don’t care to ski Breck, but nothing beats downtown and this property allows for us to enjoy everything about town with a short trip each day to rip the other Summit County bumps Do yourself a favor and look into Warrior’s Mark…no need looking elsewhere

Fantastic getaway in Breck

This townhouse is perfect for a family trip to the mountains in beautiful Breckenridge. Ideally located and cozy, you can hike, bike, eat, and adventure your heart out. Then relax in the private hot tub.

Great place for a skiing vacation.

The house is very spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. Location was awesome, just few minutes walk to Main Street and the slopes. The bus stops are few steps from the front door and a great way to get to the slopes if you don’t want to walk. Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

Fun Family Time

The lodging was very comfortable. We had all the needed items to prepare all our meals as we chose not to eat outside the condo. Hot tube was the icing on the cake. It was perfect after a day of skiing. We were happy to have access to Netflix and Prime Video for family watching.

Nice and cozy

The place was nice and cozy when we stepped in. Loved the fireplace and jacuzzi. Only 3 complaints, one of the toilets did not flush correctly when we used it. Usually 2 or 3 flushes, one of the bedroom lights didn’t work, so it was hard to see, and at one point the door code stopped working

Not ready for prime time

Poor management makes this a property to pass up. The property is nice and as depicted in the photos. It is located on the edge of downtown, so restaurants are five minutes by car and 11 or so minutes walking. The problem is the management of the property. We arrived at checkout time to find that the keypad would not accept the code we were given. There is a lock box with a key, but I was told the key didn't match the door. After two hours of back and forth, texting, and management sob stories explaining they were 30 minutes away, someone arrived to replace dead batteries. Once inside, we found that the batteries were also dead in the thermostat, meaning our crew froze the first night. And though the unit has multiple televisions, only one works. I stopped by the management office and asked if someone could focus on resolving the issues. The guy behind the desk was kind but approximately as effective as the dead thermostat batteries. The best I could get on the television problems was text instructions of the various things I might try to work out the problem myself, so my advice if you decide to book is to bring a toolbelt. If you are in the mood for DIY projects, you've found your perfect vacation spot.

Great and not so great

In no particular order: We loved the hot tub, especially right outside the door, and private - and it fit our 3 couples and a 20-something only because we are family. If 9 sleep there, you'll be doing hot tub in stages. Bottom floor bedrooms were reasonable sizes, nice bathrooms - and they are cold in the winter. Space heaters worked well for that except that it was easy to blow the circuit. And the breaker box was hidden, so one couple went through the night with no electricity until someone came out and found the box. After that we fixed it ourselves one more time. We cooked two meals a day every day, and had what we needed - the dining room table barely seats 7, but it worked for our meals and games afterwards - 9 people even kids - there just isn't space. I'm not sure I would seat smaller children at the bar, either. Loved the main floor open layout. Easy for us all to hang out together and talk. One couple also worked during this ski trip, so the top floor bedroom was great for that. One sat in the closet, and the other in the bedroom. We sometimes walked all the way to or back from Quicksilver chair. Not terrible. There are shuttles, but we were unclear on the schedule and route. We dropped people off, and the driver walked back to the lift.

Quick weekend ski trip

Location was a plus; however the property needs some tlc. One of the toilet seats kept slipping off of the bowl, several light bulbs needed to be changed, the shower curtain kept falling down as well as the fireplace being inoperative our whole stay. The filters in the humidifiers were discolored and caked with dust and fuzz. The bed was made without a mattress pad with only a flat sheet covered the mattess. The pillows were the worst we've ever come across, most were hard and flat. While prepping for our departure we discovered one of the pillows having a tag from 2013 and several being stained and discolored. The sheets could use an update as well. Location was a bonus and the complex nice, but we cannot recommended this listing. coThehwere

Difficult communication, no heat

After seeing previous reviews, we were concerned about the cleanliness of this place but chose to book it anyway. While it was cleaned very well, we were disappointed that we couldn't get into the condo just 30 minutes before check-in (despite the fact that it was empty, cleaned, and available). Our first night was fine - the layout worked well for three couples, one with an infant who stayed up in the master suite. Unfortunately, we struggled ot get the gas fireplace to stay lit, and on the second night of our stay the furnace went out completely, leaving those of us in the basement sleeping in 50-degree weather. When we called, we had to wait on hold with the property management company for a very long time. They eventually sent out a repair person on our final night who turned the furnace back on... but it clicked back off in the middle of the night and we were all freezing as we packed up on our final day. They gave us space heaters, but when we plugged them all in a fuse was blown, and one of the bedrooms didn't have any lights. So, all in all, a real bummer. The hottub was great!

It’s good place but not the best for some people

Over all the place was nice but having no bathroom on the main living room/ kitchen floor makes for a lot of walking up and down lots of stairs. The bottom floor was with guest rooms was really cold ( couldn’t figure out the temp down there). And few of the bedroom doors didn’t lock. The place was nice and clean. I do wish they had more child safety features on all the sliding glass doors on the second and third floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the worst place we ever stayed ,very unprofessional service from management ,to service since arrival properly was dirty ,and with lots of issues toilets not working , beds with lots of trash , bathroom tubes with clogged drains when finally maintenance arrived , he don’t even know what to do asking me if I can stick my hand and inspect the drain for him , all the way to not even having proper tools to fix anything leaving a dirty bucket behind so terrible, I was expecting to enjoy family vacations ,but with all this situation makes it so stressful well ,if your expecting to pay for stressful vacations this is the right place a complete rip off of your money , I hope this review helps someone not to get through all this .

Great townhouse in quiet neighborhood

Reviewer Comments: This townhouse has everything you need..10 minute walk to main street, private hot tub, private garage to keep your car dry, short walk to shuttle, all the kitchen tools you need, and a nice view of Aspen trees. The sidewalk is even heated in the winter so you don't slip on your way out.
