Atrium 304 är en rymlig lägenhet på 1562 kvadratmeter, perfekt för grupper på upp till tio personer. Med två master sviter och massor av sovande alternativ, det är ett bra val för två familjer att dela. Du kommer också att älska platsen: skidområdet flyger strax utanför komplexet, och det är bara två kvarter till alla restauranger, shopping och underhållning av historiska Main Street Breckenridge!

Välvda tak och massor av ljus ger denna enhet en öppen, rymlig känsla. På huvudnivån, har vardagsrummet ett golv till tak kullersten gas spis och stora LCD-TV - det är bara en plats att koppla av efter en lång dag i backen för drycker, samtal och en favoritfilm. Det finns även en balkong och gasgrill precis utanför altandörren. Det fullt utrustade köket är redo för att piska upp middag och mellanmål, med plats för sex vid bordet och 4 mer i baren. Simple and close to downtown

The condo was clean, and spacious! Close to walk to everything. The only issue is parking if you have multiple guests with cars. We made it work but a bit of trek to walk to get the cars.

Nice place, could use some updates

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Master mattress and plumbing fixtures could use some updates. We got the fireplace to work after some effort but couldn't get the cover on, could be easier to use.

Nice place great management company

3rd floor with no elevator was cumbersome. Could use a couple more towels with no in house laundry and four floors down to community waher dryer .But overall great location and clean unit management very resposive and accommodating

Pros: plenty of hot water. Good amount of space. Comfortable.Cons: Dated. Cabinets etc are old and need of repair. Bathrooms dated. All in all. Solid choice.

Great location and space

The property was in a great location and was in walking distance to Main Street. Clean and easy check in and check out. Bus stop in front of the property for bus access to the gondola. Would recommend!

Great Location

This property served as an excellent home base for our party of nine. Breckenridge shuttle stops in front of the Condo and drops you off at the Gondola in 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick vacation

Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable living room. Beds were not the greatest, but not terrible. Slept fine being tired from skiing. Underground parking was convenient, but often full. Would stay here again.

Quick Trip in Breck

Overall, property ended up working out perfectly. Condo is very large and having 3 full bathrooms was key. Property is dated but we were there for the outdoors not the indoors. Only having one parking spot made it a little tricky as the only overnight parking in Breck is down at the Airport lot - and if you forget to renew, the fine is $75.00. For the price point, I would recommend if you want a relatively affordable place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good space for 2 families with kids. Unit needs improvement, everything is dated but was clean. There is no grill on the unit balcony, unit is located at 3rd floor so was quite hard to get all luggage from basement where we parked. Location was very good, walking distance to downtown and also to slopes. Bus stop right in front.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had this rental for a week. A little tricky to get into, trying to figure out which door to use. The inside of the building was a little unexpected being in closed but I guess that's why it's called atrium. Lots of construction going on to so pretty dusty inside. We stayed on the third floor, no elevator so if you're not use to the altitude take it slow. The condo its self was clean and comfortable for 7 of us. Location was great. The hot tub was right under our windows and we had three nights that there were people having hot tub parties until 3a.m. Being that we stayed during summer and it was around 75 degrees we needed to sleep with the windows open and with the parties going on until late it kept us up.

Great location in Breckenridge

We loved this location in Breckenridge. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo to take you to ski hill. And you can walk to town. The condo however needs a bit of maintenance. The fireplace did not work and they could not get someone there to fix it. Also one of the showers was non-functioning and our fridge kept popping open and getting water on the floor. Hopefully they can remedy these things!

Location Value and did I say location

This spacious 3 bedroom with a loft is amazing from a space for the price perspective. Comfortable living area and very functional kitchen with all of the tools to whip up a meal if you wanted to. No need to cook though since it's a short stroll (600 yards) down the stairs to town that's loaded with tons of great dining options. free bus picks you up every 20 minutes right accross the street and takes you to Peak 9 in about 10 minutes. Same bus takes you back at the end of the day and drops you off right in front. Parking is ample and even underground garage parking if you lucky enough to get one of those spots. I will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Breck
