This beautiful and newly renovated studio at Sunset Garden Apartments is the perfect getaway in the optimum location just few blocks away from the beach, fine dining and all the action of Pompano Beach.
The space
The apartments and studios at Sunset Garden Apartments have a minimalistic design with a unique distribution and comfort, plus all the necessary amenities.
This studio has:
1 queen size bed
1 full size sofa bed
1 dining table with 4 chairs
Extra Amenities:
* FREE PARKING SPACES outside of the property. Self Parking. You don't need a parking permit tag.
* LAUNDRY ROOM (COMMON AREA) from 4pm to 9am.
* 2 BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA $25 per stay (15 days stay maximum)
* FULL KITCHEN with stainless-steel fridge and freezer, regular coffee maker, flat range stove with oven, built-in microwave, stainless-steel sink, sufficient dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware in the kitchen for maximum occupancy.

Self-Check In is available any time after 3PM. The keypad lock combination will be provided at 12pm the same day of your arrival date and after the previous guests have checked out.

One of the nicer units we have stayed in. Clean and spacious, near everything. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable for our 5 day stay. Bathroom was a little cramped, but clean and functional. Would stay at this property again.

This was a nice little property that was close by to everything. Big enough space for 2 people. Property was clean and room was nice.

Wonderful Stay

Just as advertised. Nice sized efficiency for a couple on a quiet street 5 minute walk from beach and recreational area. Walking distance (<1/2mi) to 2 of the good dive charter companies and their boats.

Great Location

Pros: Quiet spot, short walk to the beach and local food and entertainment. Clean.. Cleaning staff are excellent, polite and responsive. Reasonable price and got us where we wanted to be. Cons - No luxuries. Minimal everything - furniture/seating, kitchen items, lighting and pool furniture (not heated). Uncomfortable bed. We have been traveling for a few months so we had a lot of "stuff" . Bathroom is very small. Both bath and closet could use a few hooks or shelves. Laundry facility has limited access. Picture is a little deceiving as it is showing the building across the street. Not sure communication will all guests is the same.
