50th Birthday Get Away

What a beautiful location! Steps to the beach and very quiet. Loved that the complex is small and this particular unit was on the end. Very close to lots of restaurants and things to do, but not too touristy. The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach umbrellas and chairs. My only suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint in the condo. It would really brighten and freshen up the place! Communication with Linda was fast and easy. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We would definitely come again!!

Great couple’s beach stay!

The location to the beach was amazing! Just a few steps and you are on the beach! We found the place very clean and cozy and were impressed with the efficient use of space. It was perfect for the two of us! We liked the full kitchen, the comfy king bed, the leather sofa and large tv. The bathroom sink area was a bit small but it worked. The closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and snorkel flag was an added bonus!

Great winter getaway!

Perfect location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, stores, anything you need. Quiet property, very secure, nice amenities, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, high speed internet, assigned parking. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an ocean front room. Short minute walk to the beach. A short drive to restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. Room was clean comfortable and cozy. Had all the kitchen ammenities needed to make or cook whatever you want. Very secure and well kept !

Great New Years Eve quick staycation!

Perfectly described as listed, wonderful location. Not upscale or modern, BUT very cozy/quaint spot for 1 person or a couple with a nice ocean front view.

Great Couple get away

My husband and I have stayed at this complex, for our anniversary, going on 8yrs. We have tried multiple units- this one is our favorite. Convenient first floor lead directly to the beach and had plenty of privacy as a corner unit.

Lauderdale Weekend

This place is exactly as advertised!!!!! A GREAT location, Steps away from the beach, very clean, excellent communication from the Host, and Very Secure. If you want an Oceanfront experience that does not cost an arm and a leg, this is the place for you. If you want an “Out of this world experience “, this is not the place for you. The entire complex is older, but has been kept up. The One bedroom 375-Square Foot Suite has been very well kept up. We will definitely be coming back to this exact VRBO. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Wonderful beach get away.

This unit is equipped with everything you could need. Ice maker in freezer is an added bonus when packing coolers for the beach. Owner was very helpful and made checkin and checkout very easy and stress free.

Loved the beach location

Condo is perfect for 2 people. Nice to have reserved parking space. While the property is in an older building, it was clean and perfect access to the beach and a nice pool. Nice to hear the ocean waves from the unit. Nice restaurants and grocery store at town square about 2 miles away.

Location,Location

We had a wonderful time staying here. Linda is a great host and easy to get in contact with. The beach is so close, and you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. I hope to stay again at a later date. Again, thank you Linda.
