This is the entire House, Upstairs and downstairs suites, Polar Bear suite and Brown bear Suite. Sleeps 16 people. 11 beds. 2 full kitchens, 2 large Hot Tubs, Custom BBQ/Smoker, 4 bedrooms, Laundry suite, 3 bathrooms and a Gear drying room , room for all your stuff. plus lots of parking, And you can snowmobile right up from parking lot up Boulder Mountain. Pets are welcome, you must notify of your pet and we charge a $30 pet fee per pet.

Awesome Location - Great Accommodations

This property was perfect for our group of snowmobilers! There was plenty of beds for everyone and the equipment drying rooms were very useful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place for big groups!

Great place for big groups. BBQ place across the street that’s not on google maps. Two hot tubs and large living room upstairs for hanging out.

Awesome New Years Stay

We booked the whole house, including the upstairs and downstairs suites. They were very accommodating to our last minute booking. House was clean and well setup to accommodate many people. The hot tubs were great. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place for fun friends getaway

Overall, the place is lovely! We had a group of 15 and everyone had a super comfortable bed to sleep in so that was really nice. The upstairs unit (the Polar Bear suite I think) is set up really well for entertaining with a big open kitchen and a huge beautiful dining table that sits a million. We rented the lower suite too (brown bear I think) thinking they were connected by internal stairs and found out that they are not. So a thing to note is that you have to go outside to access the lower suite. The separation wasn't too bad because the upper suite was obviously the better place to hang out so we naturally gathered there. The hot tubs are AMAZING!! I don't know why there aren't pictures of them in the ad but they are fantastic. They have pretty lights around them and are covered with a pergola thing so you can be in them rain or shine. Also, at first we were a little bummed that the location isn't very private, but the pub literally across the street from the property has pool and darts and brisket so that was great.

Great place for skiers/snowboarders , snowmobilers, hikers, which ever you outdoor sport is we can accommodate, We have lots of room, there are also other cabin son the property. You can snowmobile right from resort up Boulder mountain West trail. Sled in , sled out.
