Welcome to our Steamboat Getaway!

Our updated 2 bed/2 bath condo is sure to be the perfect fit for your friends or family any time of the year. Steamboat Springs is at your fingertips with a FREE bus stop only 250ft away from the condo that services the mountain (5 minutes away) and town making it easy to grab a meal, shred our champagne powder, or enjoy biking along the Yampa River. Relax and rejuvenate in the year-round hot tubs or after your day of adventure!

THE SPACE
Our condo features bedroom accommodations that are perfect for a number of family configurations, sleeping 7 total.
-Bedroom 1: King sized bed, tv, private bathroom with standing shower
-Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, twin single bunk
-Additional bedding (family room): Queen pull out couch with memory foam mattress
-An additional bathroom is located outside of bedroom 2 with a shower tub.

Enjoy meals in our fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and enjoy a cup of coffee from our Keruig in the morning. There is also a coffee machine for your use.

Two hot tubs are available for your use year round (one is located right below our condo). The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to late summer. There are also grills, picnic tables, and a firepit for your use.

After a long day of skiing, cozy up to our gas fireplace and enjoy a movie or watch your favorite sports team on the 55” TV. Reliable fast WiFi is provided and the smart TV's are equipped with a Chromecast and cable.

The unit has an activity closet that you will have access to store ski gear or bikes. Relax on our private patio in Adirondacks and and enjoy the sights and sounds of Steamboat.

There is a washer and dryer for your use and detergent provided. This rental does not have air conditioning but does have fans to bring in the cold mountain air. Heating is provided via base board heaters and controlled via smart thermostats. The unit is on the top floor so there is no noise from anyone above you. We also provide air purifiers to ensure the condo is as clean as possible for you!

We offer a self check-in process. You will be provided a door code 24 hours before check-in.
There is normally plenty of uncovered parking for your use. The free Steamboat bus is just outside of the complex. Take the green or orange route towards the mountain & downtown.

Perfect location for a week in Steamboat

The property is very clean and comfortable and looks like the photos. The building is a little older but in very good condition. Beds and sofas are comfortable for sleeping and hanging out. Good WiFi. Kitchen is well stocked and it is a nice perk to have some pre-stocked items like olive oil, basic spices. The location is great and the free bus system is easy to figure out and is a great way to get to and from the hill and downtown. Storage for skis is easy to access. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great condo in a great location

Condo had everything we needed for a great long weekend of skiing in Steamboat. Check-in process was super simple and owners were quick to communicate and share all the information needed. Location was excellent with a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away and a quick drive to downtown. Condo was well furnished in every room. Kitchen was well stocked and had modern appliances. Living room had a fireplace that put out a cozy amount of heat, comfortable seating, and a large smart TV for streaming embarrassing reality TV shows. Bedrooms had comfy beds and bathrooms were stocked with towels and such. Washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well to dry our gear after a long day of skiing. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Nice ski condo

Very conveniently located condo perfect for a ski trip. The unit itself was as described, albeit a little smaller and dated in some areas as you would expect in a rental. The only part that was uncomfortable was the heat seemed to do whatever it wanted and we woke up sweating most nights despite having the thermostat set to 62. Just open some windows in the winter from the get go would be my advice.The host was great and very prompt to respond to questions. Would recommend for a small group looking mainly to ski and check out Steamboat.

Great Stay in Steamboat

The condo is nicely furnished and great for a family or small group. Very conveniently located right on the free public bus route to the mountain and downtown. Cassidy and Matt were very responsive and provided great recommendations for during our stay! Thank you!

I’m from Fort Collins and love Steamboat Springs! My favorite hike is Fish Creek Falls and my favorite area to ski is Morningside. When I’m not on the mountain, you can find me enjoying a good glass of beer or wine with friends and family over a board game.

I’ve visited Steamboat since I was a young girl and have always enjoyed how fun the town is as well as the Mountain Views! Our condo is at the perfect spot for adventuring and a place my family really enjoys.

I love having the free bus line in front of the condo and having a hot tub right there! The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoy making meals.
