There is free parking for 2 vehicles. One inside the unit garage and one in the communal carport.

Condo is a 5 minute walk to the base of the ski resort, or take the free shuttle.

This property does include air conditioning.
Condo building and unit have stairs. Unfortunately there is not an elevator.

Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily.

We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
Animals, including service animals, are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations.
