Summary:
Conveniently located just north of Downtown St. Augustine and within walking distance to almost everything, the Studio at Old Mission is a perfect home-base for your visit to the Oldest City. We are just across the street from Sunday, a local lunch and brunch spot and Jenna Alexander Studio, one of our favorite artists in town. St. Augustine is blessed with a vibrant art community and we encourage you to check out our guidebook for more tips on shopping local and supporting our friends!

The Space:
Open the cottage gate to your private, fenced in courtyard, perfect to spend the morning catching up with coffee under the oak trees. Step inside the studio and you'll find a living room with a sofa, smart TV and a renovated kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Bring your log-ins and enjoy all of your favorite TV shows on the smart TV. We provide Netflix. Across from the living room is a queen sized bed, remodeled bathroom and closet.

The space is perfect for a party of one to three, or a small family, with one queen bed and a twin air mattress that would be ideal for a child or teen. We do provide a pack n play for your convenience. Please plan to bring your own sheets and blankets if you plan to use the pack n play.

We are pet friendly but we require approval before pets are allowed. Pet fees apply and there is a 2 pet maximum.

With free, on-site parking right in front of the Studio, you'll be able to leave the car and explore the town without worrying about finding a spot. There is a hop-on-hop-off trolley tour that stops right across the street, for those who would like a more guided tour experience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have 24/7 access with keyless entry. The code will be sent the day of check in as soon as the house is ready.

The Neighborhood:
St. Augustine lays claim to being the oldest city in the United States and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture and beautiful cobblestone streets as well as Atlantic Ocean beaches like sandy St. Augustine Beach and tranquil Crescent Beach. Anastasia State Park is a protected wildlife sanctuary located just over the Bridge of Lions on Anastasia Island. The Castillo de San Marcos is a 17th-century Spanish stone fortress with views of the St. Augustine Inlet and is a short walk from our home. We are in the Uptown district of St. Augustine, which over recent years, has seen an explosion of art galleries, local favorite eating destinations and antique/boutique shopping. Check out our guidebook for some of our favorite spots and always feel free to ask for recommendations!

Getting Around:
Walk or drive downtown. 5-7 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach.

We allow pets with prior approval. Pet fees apply. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees. 2 pet maximum.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
