Leave your car parked on your private space In front of the house Meticulously clean Inside and out Decorated with beautiful oil paintings of peaceful scenes. By the owners of this beautiful house. Leather recliner furniture in the living room with a beautiful fully loaded everything you need. kitchen and A dining Room Table set For a king. The bedroom furniture is made of wood with a modern bathroom. with washer and dryer. And comfortable mattress and king size bed. The house is air conditioned with temperature control system. You will be impressed the moment you arrived very safe and quiet neighborhood We never meet the owners but we communicate with test messages and they are very friendly and respectful.

We had a great stay! The property was close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful, which made it the best of both worlds. The hosts were solid communicators, very flexible, and offered a fair price—everything felt easy and stress-free. The garden was absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to the experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views, very clean and comfortable. Hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning. Although the house is within walking distance, it was mid-July in Florida. We Ubered most days - very reasonable costs as parking downtown would have been more than the Uber rides.

Good location with excellent views

Marina Sunsets was conveniently located close to restaurants and other attractions in St. Augustine. The apartment was clean, roomy and well furnished. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very accommodating to special requests. Nice views from both front and rear porches. Designated assigned off-street parking place is convenient and saves cost of downtown parking. Will check availability of Marina Sunsets first when making any future visits to St. Augustine. Highly Recommended!!

awesome location

Our first time in St Augustine and this home was the perfect place to stay. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk downtown everyday and the history and architecture was so much more than we expected. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including two porches where we could relax and enjoy the sunsets. We will be back! P.S. Thank you so much for making the effort to get my hair dryer back to Charlotte!

Just serene

The photos are a great barometer of what you get. Most comfy bed ever (if only the pillows were the same but nothing to take any points away). Go visit all the cool stuff in the area. The marina, distillery, but all the cool little shops. Get the peach cobbler and learn some history at “the corner store”.

Fantastic Oasis

What a gorgeous property tucked in the marshes of the Saint Sebastian Marina. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew we had something special. The manicured garden greeted us with lush flowers and foliage plus a small cascading water fountain where a little crab skittered in and out of the water flow. Hyacinth and Michael provided easy-to-follow directions to the entrance for this upstairs apartment. The photos showed a lovely interior but they don't do justice to the bright, open space. Colorful artwork adorns every wall, providing so much eye candy and food for the soul. And then you see the view: what a view! The marsh grass, the blooming bushes, the sparkling water at high tide; there's something to soothe every soul. We delightedly discovered reclining chairs comprised the sofa: exactly what we needed after a long day walking to, through, and from Old Town (yes, you can save 15 in parking fees by walking there). We loved watching the sun set from the comfort of the sofa and also from bed (we're early to bed, early to rise people). Speaking of the bed, it provided the best night's sleep we've had in a while. No outside noise to burst our little bubble of bliss. Lovely shower in a well-appointed bathroom (love the shower). Super-clean kitchen with everything you need. Thank you to the wonderful hosts Michael and Hyacinth, who painted all that gorgeous artwork. We cannot wait to come back and we highly recommend this gem.

My favorite place to stay when vacationing in St. Augustine. I love everything about this spot! Great location, everything is walking distance or a short drive. The home is beautiful and I just love the personal touch their paintings give the home. The views are absolutely breathtaking, definitely one of my favorite things about the house! Check in and out is a breeze.The hosts are hands down the best. Have booked with them several times and never had a problem. They are attentive and check in with you to ensure your stay is going well. Can’t wait to come back and book again!

Great place, host, Price, location, and quietness of neighborhood and area. Perfect for any Saint Augustine trip, including downtown activities. We will definitely be back at that rental again if we come back to Saint Augustine.

Relaxing stay in a historic neighborhood

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this lovely property and had such a great time. Everything was clean and bright. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare. Bed was very comfy. Bonus that it also has a balcony that is on one side open air and the other more of a sun room with ac. We enjoyed watching the marina, birds, and the tides go in and out. We walked the neighborhood to explore the Freedom Trail and then farther on to downtown St Augustine. The property is easy walking from several cafes and breakfast stops, antique stores, and restaurants. We ran into Mike who recommended Schooners and it was so tasty (best coleslaw) and inexpensive. I highly recommend the property! .

Local Flare with beautiful sunset

The property was beautifully maintained inside and decorated. The artwork and decorative theme through out showed the local area of St Augustine. The landscape was tastefully done and the neighrborhood was very quiet yet in close vacinity of Oldtown. Rhe house was well stocked and very easy to communicate with owners. We would highly recommend to our friends for future stays

Wonderful upstairs location with great views. Enjoyed the stay except for noisy neighbor downstairs who had loud TV from 9 pm til 230 am on two nights. Luckily they left a few days before us. Perfect other than that. Would stay again!

Unique, clean and close to town

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our apartment was clean, well stocked, with great views and sunset. Had a little problem with the TV, called Michael and Hyacinth and they came over immediately. Couldn't get the problem fixed so they brought a brand new TV the next day. Could not have been happier with their response. Excellent hosts.

This property was amazing. From clean, conveniently located, and private. All the amenities you could ask for. We will choose this place again. Suite B was the entire upper of the house, very spacious. The hosts were easy to communicate with too. Thanks and God Blessed our time here abundantly!

Amazing getaway!!!

This place is spectacular. Great views! Inviting courtyard. Plenty of comfortable seating, not cheap furniture. Very comfortable king-size bed and some couches that are sleeper sofas. Nice walk to historic areas, cafes, art galleries. The layout is so nice because it has a sunroom and a deck so no matter the weather, you can see the view. Then there is lots of amazing artwork that is a bonus! I would give it 10 stars!
