Unwind into vacation mode in the living room, featuring vaulted ceilings and stylish decor. In the evening, settle in on the sectional and love seat to enjoy favorite shows on the 50” TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delicious meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a roomy French-door refrigerator.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for 10. Enjoy breakfast at the dining bar, which seats three.

This single-story home sleeps up to 12 guests in four bedrooms.

Find ultimate comfort in the dual master suites, both complete with plush queen beds, 55” flat-screen TVs with cable, direct deck access, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed, 32” TV with cable, and direct deck access. The en-suite third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom also features a full-over-full bunk bed. A fourth bathroom features a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
