NY LISTERING !! Denna pittoreska blå stuga vid floden Guadalupe (ingen flodutsikt från stugan) mellan den 2: a och 3: e korsningen på River Road i New Braunfels. Den inhägnade och gated partiet ligger på cirka 2 tunnland med gott om parkering och fylld med läckra pecannträd för mycket skugga. Det finns 145 fot flodfront med däck och en cement gångväg för flodåtkomst. Huset har privat kol BBQ / picknickområde bakom stugan under ett enormt pecanträd. Tunneluthyrning ligger bara några meter bort! Det finns 3 hus på denna gated fastighet som delar floden tillgång, Texas Star sover 14 och har utsikt över floden. Rätt bredvid Texas Star ligger Wagon Wheel med utsikt över floden och sover 14. Om du har ett stort parti, vänligen fråga om de andra två husen.
Stig in i stugan i solrummet med ett matbord med plats för 6 och har två dubbla rullar (4 sovplatser). Det mysiga vardagsrummet har en soffa och 3 stolar samt en dubbelsäng (sover 2). Great Place!

River vacation

Surprisingly comfortable beds and great tubing access!

The only recommendation is to wash the comforters more frequently. The one on the king bed had a large stain on it as well as the matching pillow cases. The other sheets and white pillow cases were clean and fresh. Other than that, everything was comfortable and clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home needs many maintenance improvements. The doors don’t close and jam. The handrail on the back porch was broken and rotten. The home had funky smell when we arrived. The bed sheets and comforters in the master room were dirty. There were no cleaning supplies available to clean up. We had to buy them or make due. We spent most our time out doors so the cold a/c was nice to return to. Over all we would not stay here again.

Relaxing on River Road

Floated the river all afternoon watching the ducks and several turtles looking for people food. There was great shade under a large pecan tree by the cabin with the grill and deck. Will be back!
