With 1900 sq. feet of living and another 1,100 sq. foot Lanai will allow plenty of space for you and your family. All 3 bedrooms have been updated with new bed & bedding. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to grill and chill by the pool. New 62" Minka Aire ceiling fans plus new high efficiency central air will keep you cool year round or just open the front door and use the retractable screen for a lovely breeze. Lounge out back with new high quality outdoor living room furniture or sun yourself on the southern facing loungers. Take a swim year round in our high efficiency brand new heated pool. Evening is fully lit with dimmable programmable LED lighting making you want to stay outside and enjoy the evening under the stars.

Pleasant stay in Rotonda

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with appliances. The pool was great. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We will definitely consider this house on our next visit

Great experience

this was my first time renting a home for my family vacation and I will never go back to staying at a hotel again. it was so clean, spacious and beautiful property to stay. my kids had such a great time and I would definitely stay again. the host was amazing

Sunshine, Relaxation and New Memories Made

This well-maintained home has it all. Elyse is a gracious and thoughtful host. My wife and I spent the week with our granddaughter, and recent high-school graduate. It was the perfect place to come back to after a beach day, fishing or dinner. Again, the host seems to have thought of everything. And the sparkling, private pool made 90-degree days a breeze. Thanks for the memories!

Great Florida Stay

Overall a wonderful week in the Florida sun. We spent a lot of time in the pool and lanai area.Larger then we excepted so that was nice. Had some areas of ant issues in the home. Only four towels in the house. These issues and changes could easily be taken care of. Don’t regret renting this home.

House and location are great!!!

I rent vacation houses 1-2 times per year and the last 3 vacations have been to the Rotonda West area. This house is one of thee best we have ever rented in any area its on a very quiet dead end street. The pool sparkles and the lanai is awesome with ceiling fans for warm summer days like we had. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. This host even had paper supplies…this is NOT common so I was very pleased and surprised. Great rental!!!!

Paradise in Rotunda Florida

Home is beautiful and laid out well. We loved the Lenai and pool. We had a fun day at Gator Mikes in Cape Coral…go carts, wall climbing, zip lining and obstacle course and loved the mini golf. Plenty of good places to eat on return trip in Port Charlotte. We opted for Ricaltinis which is close to rental on Placida but think our favorite stop was Swirls and Curls ice cream! Located on 776. Owner was very responsive to our needs.during week. Close to beaches and great to come back and jump in pool.

Excellent for family

Wonderful experience in quite neighborhood setting. The home provided an around the clock fun vacation for my children. Very private backyard and view of golf course. Cannot wait to go back!

We are native Michiganders and have loved and traveled to Florida since we were kids. We found Rotonda West and the area had everything to offer. The home is situated on the Pine Valley Golf Course, a short drive to the beach, nature everywhere, boating and a the home which presides on a dead end street with no neighbors on either side with endless views and privacy. The pool overlooks the golf course and able to use the pool ALL day because of it South/Southwest exposure which is rare topography design of Rotonda West. This is a brand new listing to VRBO and we did major upgrades inside and out to enjoy your stay.
