Vår villa har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum (2 badrum), fullt luftkonditionerat öppen planlösning, planlösning i delat sovrum, frukostbar, separat matplats och ett stort familjerum. Villan vetter mot en dubbel stor pool däck (Lanai) och en vacker pool. Soluppvärmd pool och Lanai är privat med en svepande vista över ett damm och längden på den sjunde farleden på Long Marsh golfbana med grönt bälte bortom. En sydvästlig aspekt gör den idealisk för solbad och avveckling med bakgrund av magnifika solnedgångar. Vi ligger nära de vackra stränderna i Boca Grande, Englewood och Venedig. Det finns förstklassiga golfbanor i närheten, liksom bra shopping och restauranger. Kort sagt, allt du kan önska dig för en fantastisk semester. Relaxing stay in beautiful home

Such a great home. Made use of the pool, bikes and kitchen. Ate on lanai. Walking shower could use a new shower head. We had a few issues that were addressed quickly by Robert and team. Thanks.

Beautiful

This was our fourth time renting in Rotonda and our favourite stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the property management promptly handled any issues. We hope to return again.

Relaxing heaven

This villa is ideal if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It has everything you could possibly need. If wild life interest's you there is plenty to see. The sun comes up at the front and by 11am is fully on the pool and decking area so nice and sunny all day and when it gets too hot the pool is right there.

Perfect Relaxing Stay

We very much enjoyed our 15 night stay at this spacious, comfortable, well equipped & very clean Villa. The owners & property manager are a pleasure to deal with. We have vacationed at Rotonda for many years now & this property is overall probably the best we have rented. We were very happy & hope to return.

Rotonda paradise!

Villa exceeded our expectations with a spacious floor plan and comfortable furnishings along with a wonderful private view. The pool and lanai area was our favorite, having all our meals outside. The house is conveniently located within 15 minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and two great beach options. The owners and property manager were responsive and accommodating, We were sad to leave after our month stay, every day was sunny and warm. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had just a wonderful stay at White Marsh! The house was amazing and my grandchildren lived in the pool! The house was very clean and had everything you needed to cook meals, go to the beach or just to relax. It was conveniently located about a 10 minute drive from Englewood Beach and Stump Pass. There were beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, a small cooler and even some fishing rods. We added a few things to that pile for others to enjoy during their stay as well. Overall it was a great vacation and the house was everything I expected and more!

Perfect

This property made our holiday in Florida perfect. We have gone to Rotonda to be with our international friends for years. We decided we would like to stay longer and have a place of our own. This home could not have been any better. We are already anticipating our return next year and would love to extend into February if the time frame ever becomes available. I understand why it is a popular property.

Great guys week at the Villa!

Myself and 3 friends just returned from a great guys week of Golf and Fishing and the Villa was exactly as advertised. Booking through the owners was convenient and very well handled. The owners were very prompt responding to our questions. This lovely home has a beautiful pool and view of the Long Marsh Golf Course. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly addressed by the property manager. We completely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Everything we wanted

Stayed for 6 weeks in 2012 and found the villa was extremely comfortable and spacious. We have stayed on the Rotonda for quite a few years so we know the area well. This property is within 10 minutes for a local supermarket and you can reach the beaches at either Boca Grande or Englewood within 20 minutes. If you play golf then you overlook one of the numerous golf courses in the area.

We live in the UK and holiday regularly in the USA, especially Florida where we enjoy the weather, the beaches, the food, the relaxed atmosphere and the great golf!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We loved the villas in the Rotonda area - spacious, modern and with great access to golf, beaches, dining and some very good shopping. After having had a fantastic holiday there we decided to buy our own villa.
We have now had many terrific holidays there and having been going for several years the biggest pleasure and compliment we get is that we now have so many returning guests.

Our villa is larger than average for the area and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite). Our pool area is a real highlight - the views over the pond and golf course are second to none and it is also very private - south facing and not overlooked. Sundowners on the pool deck watching the sunset is a favourite pastime for many of our guests.
