Large Ski Townhouse at the Base of Snow Summit Ski Resort!

This Deluxe 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Townhouse is literally steps away from Snow Summit ski resort. Staying here allows you to take your time getting ready and simply walk out your front door to the nearest chair lift. Dishes and utensils are provided, and the full kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal as you would in your own home, complete with oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave.

The upstairs living area provides plenty space to relax with the family, complete with a fireplace, flat screen cable TV, and DVD player. Keep warm with central heating throughout the Townhouse while you enjoy free wireless internet.

Downstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with private bath, King bed, and cable TV. Our second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin bunks.

Escape For All Seasons is conveniently located so that you can enjoy all mountain activities with very little, if any, driving required. We are only moments to the lake and minutes to the center of town. The National Forest with hiking and bike trails are directly adjacent to the complex. Come stay with us and enjoy everything that Big Bear has to offer!

They're always so friendly and attentive with all of our concerns. The staff is great. This particular unit was not my favorite. When I rented it out. The description Said 3 television sets, one in each room plus the living area. We had one. The master bedroom looked like it had one and we later found it behind some furniture upstairs. There was candy wrappers and unwrapped stuck candy in the living room on the floor. Broken tiles in the entry way, it had not been cleaned it seemed. As stated before we have never had an issue I'm sure they were busy. We're hoping our next stay is better.

Great location but property was not clean

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex. The location is great, just a short walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort. Although this property is very dated and could use some serious modernizing, it fit our group perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. However, and I always hate to give a negative review, this property was not the least bit clean. The floor was filthy as evidenced by my black socks; every dish I took out of the kitchen cupboards was not clean and I had to clean them before using them; the toilet in the master bath had a ring around the water line, and the floor could have used a good mopping. The bed in the master bedroom was barely made as the dust ruffle was all crammed up at the top between the two mattresses. I did not check the cleanliness of the second bathroom or two other bedrooms. Despite the uncleanliness of the unit, we enjoyed our stay in Big Bear and would rent in this complex again.
