This condo is located in the heart of the Strip, just half a mile from Bryant Denny Stadium, and walking distance from any bar or restaurant! The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The condo is decked out in Alabama decor and is the couch is the perfect place to watch the game! The kitchen has all the materials to make delicious game day snacks and there is a coffee starter set to keep everyone caffeinated!

The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin XL over a Queen as well as a futon. The second bathroom has a tub shower.

There is gated community parking and with your reservation you will have 2 reserved parking spots. There is a grill outside the condo for your convenience! This property is pet friendly! The courtyard is shared by several units and is open for you to use.

*Please be aware that parking is very compact. If you have an oversized vehicle, you will more than likely not fit and need to find alternative parking.*

**There is no elevator.**

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
