Cozy 2-bedroom 2- Full bath Condo on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with 2 reserved parking spaces. Deck off the Master bedroom. Full size kitchen with washer/ dryer combo. Sleeps 6. Steps away from Harpoon Hannahs, arcade mini golf and the best of MD and Del. Best of both worlds. It is about a 15 min walk to the beach off of 142 street. About a 5 min drive to the beach. There is free parking in the street, but it is 1st come first serve basis.

Loved It

This two bedroom condo was very, clean, spacious and well maintained. It was located in a very nice and quite neighborhood. The check-in process was easy. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Great quiet, relaxing location

We booked this kind of last minute when our previous vacation plans fell through! Three quick blocks from the beach access! The lay out was perfect and Washer and dryer is were perfect for making sure I did not come home with tons of laundry. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great place for OC family vacation

Condo was very clean! Adriane was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Place is big enough for a family of four. Neighborhood is quite at night, which was awesome after a long day at the beach. No issues finding beach parking. Overall was a great place for the price. Would stay again!

Nice stay in fenwick

Condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies and other useful items. Good value for the area. Second story stay in a quiet street. Towels could use some updating as many are stained/ bleached and a deep cleaning or better maid service would be nice.

Relaxing

I must admit that the response time for any questions and or minor issues were addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay the bathrooms were clean and nice, kitchen was very useful for our family of 5. Kids were close to arcade,golf, ice cream and waterpark.

First time to OCMD

Andriana has a very lovely home. She was very prompt on any questions I may have had. Unit is a few blocks away from the beach. We drove down early morning to the beach block 44th and parked our car, unloaded to the beach and left our car there for easy pack up at the end of the day. Walk back to the house is very simple, when needed to bring wee one home. We will stay again with Adriana!

Quaint, Convenient and Cozy!!

This is a cozy and convenient apartment in a safe, quiet and diverse neighborhood. It is well-designed, clean, neat and had the right amount of space for the three of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, including utensils. Since there was a mix of folded and unfolded linen , it was had to distinguish the clean from the used. The only drawback was that there was insufficient toilet paper for the week's stay. Overall, this is a fantastic and quite affordable place. We'd love to come.

Great stay for small families

The place was very clean and had everything we were looking for. The property manager was very kind and everything went smoothly. Only downfall is the walk to the beach was a little far.
