Hela veckouthyrning endast (lördag till lördag) från 27 juli till 7 september.

Finns också för minst 4 nätter på utvalda datum i juni, juli, september till december.

Mycket rymligt och välskött 3br / 2ba hus på Bay sida i Caine's Woods stadsdel i norra Ocean City. Det perfekta stället att ta med familjen! Protokoll till stranden! Master br har queen size säng, andra br har 2 enkelsängar, 3: e br har dubbelsäng och drottning storlek dra ut bäddsoffa i lr. Mycket stort fullt utrustat kök / matsal, solrum, matsal, vardagsrum och sovrum. Central luft, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, WiFi och kabel ingår. Privat körväg passar 2 bilar, plus gatuparkering tillgänglig.

Restauranger, närbutiker, minigolf, vattenpark, shopping i närheten. Nära Delaware där det inte finns någon moms!

Gratis gatuparkering vid stranden. Mindre än 5 minuters bilresa eller ca. 15 minuters promenad.

Kolgrillar och solstolar i lokalerna för din användning.

The house was very very clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. The wifi was easy to connect to but we could not figure out the tv. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We felt safe being on a girls trip. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was spacious. It had a large eat in kitchen, a separate dining room and a sunroom for extra space. The kitchen had everything I needed. Bob was an responsive host. I so appreciated the last minute rental.

Bob was great with quick communication and on point with everything we needed for our trip. The loaction of the house was perfect for us. The house was great abd clean. The temperature in the home was perfect for it being so hot during our stay at the end of July. Some places its too warm and this place had no control AC unit which matters. Plenty of soace for us. We would rent here again.

This place is in a nice area not very far from the beach and not very far from grocery stores and other surrounding restaurants if you’re looking for a place to sit back and relax and enjoy a few days by the beach this is the place for you

Great family getaway

We go to OC every year but decided to stay somewhere with more room. This home was the perfect size for 5 adults. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back.

Very nice place

This was a very nice place to stay. It’s away from all the hustle so it’s quiet and peaceful. The only negative I can give this place is that the floors were so dirty that when you showered you feet were black instantly. But would definitely stay again.

Great home away from home!

We were all really impressed with the owners and their property. There was plenty of room to sleep and extra space besides. You could pull away to the veranda or relax in the living room or put a puzzle together on the formal dining room table. Even with all that, there was still a spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dining area. It is a nice home!

Fantastic Home

It was roomy, comfortable. It was probably nicer than my own home. Loved it. Don't have any complaints at all. Will look to stay there again next summer if all of us are available at the same time again. The host communicated with us great whenever I had questions (pre-vacation...never needed to talk to him during our week down there because the place was exactly as described). My daughter and wife loved the sun room. 10 stars out of 10.

Awesome home base for our family vacation!

We had a great experience at this property. My wife and I took our 3 kids (20, 20 & 15) to OC and this property had more than ample space from the huge kitchen, sun room, living room, dining room plus three sizable bedrooms and two baths. The house was is very clean with new carpeting throughout and a recently updated master bathroom. The host was great about communicating up front to set expectations all of which were met. The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the beach, but we found it perect as we were away from the traffic and activity on the main strip (Coastal Hwy). We were within 30 minutes or less of anything that we wanted to do and we would definitely consider staying at this property again!

We love the location!! Quiet, neat neighborhood. Only minutes to the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, water park, mini golf. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

It truly is the best of both worlds. Quiet, relaxing neighborhood, but close enough to the action. Whether you just want to relax or enjoy the attractions, crowds, and night life, you can do it all right here!!
