Not as advertised, very disappointing, left a week early
Previous reviews are not actual, ours is! This condo was nothing but problems from first arrival. Door combination did not work and had to use lock box key for stay. Walked in to find stained rugs, old crummy couch, no living room chair, bent up old pole lamp and when I went to check on patio, the screen door fell off tracks. Toilet was running and not working. Waited 6-hours the next day to get repair. Temp dropped at night in the 40's (for 4-nights) and there was no heat! HOA first said they shut off heat in February and later stated it could not turned on as repairs were needed. Had to turn burners on he stone in kitchen to get any heat in condo. Shut water off in complex for 1/2-day for repairs, but did not inform us. Following morning there was no hot water for hours. Location of condo was subject to load road noise. Over 200 units in this complex but only one small pool. Blankets were stained and the whole interior of the condo needed updating and painting. Kitchen lacking simple items: oven mitt, only three dinner knives, only one small plate, one out of two ceramic bowl chipped/sharp edge, ice maker in freezer so frosted over it wound not dispense the ice,, oven light didn't work, sink faucet leaked on to counter top, ceiling lights were dusty, dirty patio furniture (had to clean it before we sat down). We were so disappointed we cut our vacation a week short and returned home. Could not spend another week in this condo when the first week was so disappointing.
