Camelback House remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,100 SF condo sleeps 6 with upscale furnishings. A very short stroll within blocks finds you enjoying all that the heart of Scottsdale has to offer - Old Town with its shops & restaurants and world class shopping at Fashion Square Mall. SF Giants spring training stadium, and the newly developed Waterfront. Within 10 minute drive is Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort.

The condo has a fully furnished upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 people. The living room is furnished with 55" LCD HDTV with 150+ Channels. The condo has free high speed WIFI. All bedrooms and dining room have ceiling fans.

The Primary bedroom has a Sealy King size pillowtop bed for a sound sleep and a 42" HDTV. Primary bedroom has en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Primary bedroom has 6 drawer dresser and bedside tables with lamps. Primary bedroom has huge closet with mirror doors. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub.

The Second bedroom has a Sealy queen size pillowtop bed and bedside tables with 2 lamps with USB charging station built-in. This bedroom has a huge closet with plenty of storage space.

There is a balcony off the living room with a bar top and 2 stools for morning coffee or happy hour!!! The living room has a Queen size pullout couch for extra guests to sleep.

The beautiful & quiet grounds include 4 heated pools, loungers and 4 BBQ areas with included gas grills & tables. A laundry area is available within 30 feet of the unit. There is 1 designated covered parking space for the condo along with ample additional guest parking.

Wonder stay--excellent location

Very clean and spacious condo within walking distance to shopping and Old Town. Well furnished with plenty of towels, toiletries, hangers, coffee, etc. Furnishings were very comfortable and up to date and plenty of storage space. Second time we've stayed in this complex due to the location and amenities including parking and nice pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

Annual visit with my daughter

The unit was really close to many attraction, restaurants and shopping. Communication with owner was prompt and answered any questions I had. We appreciate the coffee set-up as I have to have it every morning. Thanks for everything!

Location, location, location

This condo is within walking distance to all shops and restaurants in the Scottsdale area. Right across from the Fashion Square Mall, an excellent stay, lots of room, two separate bathrooms, comfy beds, great home away from home. Property owners were awesome to work with. Better than a hotel stay any day!

Spring Training ‘25

The property met all of our needs and was very comfortable and clean. We were impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was and the hardware drawer and closet. TV remote batteries were going weak and found plenty of new batteries.Great location. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Great property!

Fashion Mall location

Great location and condo facility..friendly tenants and great walking area.. the 4 pools were used by my grandsons daily…easy access to hiking trails and other attractions…really enjoyed our short trip and highly recommend it.

Nice place but needs work

Floors need upkeep. A chair with arms would be nice. I use a cane and it is difficult to get up without arms. Too many stairs. A heads up would have been great.

Long weekend getaway

Perfect spot for a long weekend. Close to the mall. Easy driving to Scottsdale and vicinity. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Lovely private pool area with the most comfy lounge chairs! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very simple to check in and out. Highly recommend!

Great location and nice condo complex

The condo was clean and tidy. Kitchen has everything you need, in terms of pots, pans and dishes. A good supply of spices and seasonings too. The location was convenient for access to main streets and routes, as well as restaurants and shopping. The TV in the smaller bedroom did not work. Seems like it isn't connected to cable or isn't a smart TV. Host was very responsive when we had questions during check in, so that was appreciated.convenient to

Great and quiet place

We loved that the place was very clean and so quiet, and really appreciated the ease of check-in, the covered parking, the containers and water-bottles available, the great kitchen, and the ice-making capabilities in the freezer. It was indeed right across from a huge shopping mall. Enjoyed the dining table and comfortable couch and quiet ceiling fans.

I have to say that my stay was very comfortable and relaxing. It was so nicely decorated and gave the vibe like you’re at home. I loved all the ceiling fans in each room. It definitely kept the rooms cool. It was very spacious and all the amenities were great. We needed nothing extra…It was stocked sufficiently. Will definitely have to visit here again thank you sooooo very much for the hospitality

We had an excellent stay! Communication with owners was great! Condo has everything you may need...coffee, coffee cream, spices for cooking, every cooking appliance you may need, tons of towels and bedding. The only issue we had as Canadians was we were not able to do laundry because the app to run the washer/dryer does not recognize Canadian banks for payment Overall we would highly recommend this property A previous review had mentioned that there was no flat sheets on bed and that the coffee machine leaked...this was in fact not the case for us!
