Come and be indulged in this gorgeous designer furnished mountain getaway! Wake up and watch the sunrise over the mountains from the enormous decks on both levels. Watch the colorful blue jays as you enjoy breakfast looking out at the expansive views all the way from the desert to the mountains and golf course. In the evening the view changes to twinkling lights as the sun goes down. We are about a 5 minute walk from the most amazing trails that go all the way to Lake Gregory, where you can rent boats, kayaks, etc. Free pass included in rental with parking! Our chalet boasts a huge fireplace with ample seating on the main floor as well as a large open plan kitchen with high end commercial grade appliances and a large dining area overlooking the beautiful views. The deck includes a large gas grill for those lazy summer evenings. Downstairs, the two king bedrooms have direct patio access. The luxurious master suite includes a fireplace with jetted tub, double shower, large seating area and desk. All of the bedrooms are equipped with desks for those remote working breaks. The kids room has 2 sets of bunks with gaming chairs for 4 and foosball and board games to keep everyone occupied. All furniture and mattresses are brand new. Come enjoy a little piece of paradise away from it all!

Decks may not be usable in winter due to snow.

Family weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at this home. It was high up with great views. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots attention to detail with its decor. Made meals for the family and kids enjoyed the open space and bunk room!

Absolutely gorgeous!

We had an amazing time with our family at Clare's place. The house is very beautiful, clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a large family. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the game room was awesome, we absolutely loved it! Clare is a very lovely and attentive host. We will definitely come back again!

Wonderful Stay

Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Cabin is beautiful, pictures can’t do it justice. Stayed here to celebrate my oldest son’s 18th birthday with five of his friends. They loved the bunk room - everyone had plenty of space and they loved cooking together in the kitchen. Clare was attentive, responsive and accommodating. We look forward to returning to this amazing property.

The Perfect Getaway

The home has beautiful views, and a deck that lets you really enjoy them. The entire home is wonderfully decorated, pictures don't do it justice because there are so many well chosen details. The upstairs was perfect for the adults to soak in the views and relax, while the kids enjoyed a paradise of foosball, and bunk-beds downstairs. The location was perfect for enjoying Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory. The property manager was the best I have dealt with, super accommodating, and quick to respond to all our questions.

Excellent house and great host.

The home is wonderful, one of the best Vrbo we’ve stayed at. We love the house. Each room has been professionally designed, organized, and very clean. The amenities were thoughtful and very enjoyable and felt very comfortable. The view is spectacular. Clare was an outstanding host, very attentive, friendly and available quickly for any question’s excellent communicator. She genuinely focused on making sure guests have a wonderful time which I really appreciated. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much!

Amazing home with beautiful scenery!

We were truly mesmerized with the location and views of this beautiful property. We were a party of 10 with a birthday weekend planned to cook, enjoy the outdoors and explore the lake arrowhead area. This property met and exceeded our expectations, as the entire group was overwhelmed with how cozy and elegant this house is. There is more than enough space for adults and kids to enjoy without feeling crowded. The entire house was decorated with a touch of simplistic yet elegant decor. I can’t say enough about the host as she was extremely helpful and explained everything from check in to checkout . She was extremely accommodating during our trip and even went out of her way to assist us during our trip! We highly recommend you and your family come experience this amazing mountain escape that will have you telling all your family and friends !!

Lovely Lake Arrowhead Home

We had the most lovely weekend get away at this home. The host/property manager was the best I have ever dealt with, very responsive and helpful in every way! The property has a beautiful view of the mountains. We were lucky enough to see the colors of the sunset with the moon in the background, so cool! The decor of the house is very nice, comfortable, and surprisingly enough even though its so modern it is still very kid friendly. The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen is really nicely stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need as well as a variety of spices, salt, cooking oil. All those essentials that quite often are forgotten to be packed. The house itself has great heating and the fireplaces provide this super cozy vibe both in the living room and the master bedroom. The family room downstairs is perfect for game night and hanging out. As far as the location, it is about a 15 minute drive to either Lake Arrowhead Village or Lake Gregory. We loved having options and actually visited both. We loved our stay here so much we hope we can do it again and make this an annual family get away. Highly highly recommend staying in this beautiful home if you will be visiting Lake Arrowhead area.

Just perfect!

We were a little nervous about booking a brand-new listing with no reviews, but we need not have been worried! Clare’s place is absolutely amazing, and the pictures do not do it justice. We were blown away by the stunning views from the moment we opened the door. The living area is on the main floor and is spacious and open and leads to the huge deck where we spent a lot of time. The interior is decorated with impeccable taste, nice and modern but still has that mountain vibe. The furnishings seem to be brand new. All the beds were extremely comfortable, and each bedroom has a little workspace (which we did not use!). The master suite is right out of a luxury hotel with a huge jacuzzi tub and fireplace and an enormous double shower as well as a little seating area with sofa. As with the second bedroom it leads to the outside deck where we watched the sun come up in the morning. The kids had so much fun in the bunkbed/media room. They played foosball, watched movies on the huge TV and played board games into the night! The place was so gorgeous we decided to eat in both nights. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet dinner. On our second night, we grilled on the natural gas barbeque outside. We enjoyed evening drinks on the deck and even though the house faces east, the sky turns an amazing pink color at sunset. We took scenic morning hikes, which are accessible within a 5-minute walk from the house. There are passes to Lake Gregory included with the rental so we decided to take a drive there and rent some kayaks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We have stayed in other Lake Arrowhead properties but this one was the best by far. A lot of the places in this area are in the trees and a bit dark and sometimes dated but this is definitely not the case here. Clare was very communicative and available to answer any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful few days in the mountains and we cannot wait to come back!

I am originally from Ireland but living in California for more than 25 years. My husband is from France and we have 2 kids both born here (true Californians)! We live in Los Angeles and enjoy the wonderful climate where we can be outdoors most of the year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We recently purchased this property. Once we opened the front door, we knew it was the right one for us! The views just took our breath away. It was so bright and open compared to a lot of darker properties we had seen. What is so amazing is that we can see all the way to the desert to the north and the mountains to the east and the golf course and lake to the south. We worked hard to give the property a facelift and bring it to 2022 standards while keeping its mountain character.

The property includes 2 huge decks, one upstairs off the dining and living room and one downstairs directly accessed from 2 bedrooms, both with the same magical view. If you are up early, sunrises are amazing! Enjoy summer evening barbeques on the large natural gas grill. The kitchen is huge with an oversized breakfast bar that easily seats four. The appliances are commercial grade (Thermador). Lighting has been upgraded and all fixtures are on dimmers for that nice ambiance in the evening. There is a wonderful integrated surround sound system that is Bluetooth enabled and a surround sound 70-inch TV in the bonus room. Kids will enjoy that as well as the gaming chairs and foosball. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk where you will often see local wildlife.
