Situated right on the cusp of Lindon and Pleasant Grove, close to bike trails, 2 rec centers and parks, hiking, mountain biking and American Fork Canyon. Great restaurants nearby and 2 grocery stores just down the street.

This is at an open residential neighborhood and very easy to navigate. There is parking on the driveway and on street to accommodate 2 cars.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, griddle, microwave and blender. The kitchen flows smoothly into the living space. A 65" HD smart TV to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, or any other streaming service with your own accounts (anything beyond Netflix and Amazon require use of a provided Chromecast). A large couch and small desk with wifi to get work done between your play.

The first bedroom features a Queen and Twin XL bunk. A plush trifold sleeping pad, as well as pack n play can be found in this room for your convenience. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and spacious walk-in closet.

Through the small hallway you will find a washer and dryer on your way to the large bathroom. Towels, linens, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all provided for your convenience.

Outdoors you have access to the large yard, beautiful gas firepit, small stream/pond, hot tub and dining area under the pergola (with rocker-style furniture). This space is shared with our upstairs guests so please be respectful and courteous.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). NO ANIMALS, NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS anywhere on property.

Most guests will travel with their own vehicles. However, Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Public buses are accessible on State Street, approx 1/2 mile away.

Please have all members of your party read through and comply with House Rules

*Please remove your shoes while inside the house.
*NO FOOD on the beds or in the bedroom at all please.
*Please be respectful of neighbors. We live in a residential neighborhood and keeping good relationships with our neighbors is important to us. Quiet hours are from 9 PM-8AM, that also means being quiet late in the evening if using the Hot Tub. Neighborhood restricts Hot Tub use/Patio lights after 11pm.
*NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOME). Thank you for your cooperation.
*Please no gatherings or events with more than your reserved guests.
*NO PETS allowed in the home or on the property.
*DO NOT use metal utensils on the pans – only plastic or wooden utensils. Please do not use non-stick spray on the frying pans, it will ruin the surface.
*If the trash fills up during your stay, you can take it out and put the bag in the GRAY TRASH bin on the East side of the house. If it is not full at the end of your stay, just leave it and we will take care of it during cleaning.
*You are welcome to park on the driveway on the east side of the driveway and on the street with a max of 2 cars. Please leave the rest of the driveway clear as it is reserved for the upstairs guests.
