Great beds, beautiful mountain view, smart tv with high-speed internet, quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping, theme park, outdoor recreation, universities, LDS temples & more. Centrally located in Utah County & only 36 mi. from downtown Salt Lake City. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and on-site laundry facilities. Two designated parking spaces + addt'l on-street parking. Only 5 mi. to I-15.

This is a private apartment in a four-plex. You will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom living space including kitchen and family room areas. There are no internal shared spaces, just a request to be good neighbors to those in adjoining units.

Quiet and Convenient

We were visiting family, and this place was perfect for us. It was quiet, there was plenty of space and beds. I loved how big the kitchen was as I like to cook. Everything was great!

Nice place good value

Really enjoyed the place. Very conveniently located with all the amenities in either direction. Hosts were responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

Nice place with Gracious hosts

Our stay was fantastic, quiet location with accommodations within walking distance. Hosts are responsive and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay.

Perfect for the occasion

Property was perfect for our weekend trip up to Utah to attend a college football game with some other football friends. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need and great communication from the host

The property was easy to check in to. It had everything we needed for our family of 6 to have an enjoyable stay and easily access places we wanted to visit in Provo, Lehi, and South Salt Lake.The hosts checked in a few times and when I reported the dryer hose was detached they had it fixed the next day (with my permission to enter the property of course.)

Great home base

We came into town for an event in Provo, and this townhome made a great home base in between trips back and forth. Traffic made each 9-mile journey take about 25 minutes though, which was a surprise. But once we knew, then we planned accordingly so it wasn't a problem. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Owners were friendly and gave us all the info we needed, plus they messaged us periodically to make sure we were fine and didn't need anything. Recommend!

Ski Sundance trip

My family stayed for 3 nights to have a ski vacation at Sundance ski resort. The home was super comfortable and convenient for us. We did have some difficulty upon checking in as our code didn’t work and took us a minute to get in touch with owners which is why that process was given 3 . However, Janet did get in touch with us shortly and all was sorted out. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Family space was great for us to have family dinners and evening games. The folding table and chairs in furnace room gave us a great gaming table. Thank you for your home. We hope to stay again next year and do it all over again.
