Upon arriving not excited about appearance of house. . Go inside living room ok dining area ok kitchen had a drown wet spot on floor about . Gross , take picture wipe up start looking at bedrooms one it had not been finished clean sheets on bed but all bedding laying on table and some sheets don’t k is if clean or dirty. . No blankets on bed . The closet in hall open and has a pad lock but open not locked had house supplies in there, one bedroom is a garage turned bedroom with one outlet. A individual a/c with filtering out window and a washer dryer with laundry still in unit! The shared bathroom was very small . Shower extremely small !! In the bedroom we called the garage bedroom not switch for light . Did find fish wire hanging from fan to turn on light and fan. The house came with pool and prior to trip inquired with VRBO if it would be available for use they said yes. Picture showed a nice pool and patio area as well as landscaping. Pool had been unattended for some time with algae buildup and just gross . Pool guy came late Friday evening said it will take several treatments to get pool usable. ! So we had no pool patio area picture showed table 6 chairs and umbrella . Actual 3 dirty cushioned chairs no umbrella ! Landscaping not as pictured . Side yard had junk thrown there .outside shelvingfor pool stuff just thrown in there rusty chairs! If you look at house on VRBO it shows nice with nice outdoor pool and patio. But it was NOT that way!!! We were disappointed..

Great spring break get away

Our family loved this house!! The location was perfect for us because we were so close to the beach but also had our own oasis tucked with in a cute neighborhood. The pool was a huge hit and is an excellent bonus to this property. If we are ever back in that area again we will rebook!

Terrible and nasty house cleanliness

The house it's on a really close to the beach neighborhood, but inside was a horrible experience, we found cockroaches and a lot of insects in the kitchen cabinets, cockroaches in the master room and living room. I did ask to the manager for a clean fee refund, but they refuse it. the house had two months without be cleaned. I would never recommend this property or the host.

Charming get a way home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We celebrated my mother's 90 birthday celebration. One of my daughters has Downs Syndrome. She absolutely loves to swim but the gulf overwhelms her. She stayed in the lovely pool all week. The home is decorated cute. We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The second shower did not work so that was a bit difficult with 5 women. We will return next summer.

Nothing what it seems- beware

The whole point of us renting this place was the pool and space for there to be no pool that was functionable due to the cleaning machine being left in there and it being disgusting with a film of dirt on the top. We notified the host who was unkind and refused to resolve the issue. With five girls in one house, we had to share one shower because the other one would not turn on, the toilet was not grouted to the floor (like you could slide it around the house if you really wanted too) and the wallpaper that was advertised was a quarter done and held up by pieces of scotch tape.. The TV in the room did not work, there were left over musty clothes in the washer and driver (i believe left by the previous tenants or owner) the room with two beds is actually a creepy garage and some of the outlets did not work. The oven light was always lit indicating that the oven was on even if it was not or even hot. And those were just the main concerns we realized and remember. We notified Vrbo who in return said we should have message them first but we would have if we would have known. Truthfully, the owner could have got the machine out of the pool and actually cleaned it and we couldn't have even left a review but after paying so much money to only get to check in from friday at 4pm- and have to be out by sunday at 11am, a review was necessary.

Very nice house in a quaint residential neighborhood. Loved the easy access to the home and pool.

We had a wonderful time in Largo with our family. Nice back yard with a pool and barbecue grill. The only downside was that the shower in the 2nd bathroom did not work.

Great location

This property is close to shops, parks and great beaches. Nice back yard with shade and several areas for relaxing. We have 5 kids, one special needs. When we travel, we often have to run home because someone is over stimulated, needs a nap or just needs a break. This place was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go and was large enough to for our family. The kids loved playing in the pool. The manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful spot for family and friends!!!

Couldn’t have been better! place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. The home was beautiful! It had a lovely backyard with a great pool and very stylish interior. The home was in a great location, right near the beach and of delicious places to eat! Ella was very accommodating and friendly, she is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful and communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful place and looking forward to staying here again one day.
