If there's a home that truly lives up to its name, it is Coastal Oasis. Enjoy a relaxing place that feels like home and minutes from the beach. This ground-floor home offers all the conveniences and amenities needed for a well-deserved getaway.

Upon entering the home, you'll have the dining room to your right, which features a gorgeous dining table seating six, and the kitchen to your left. The kitchen is updated and well equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up tasty meals. You'll find a large French door fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, plenty of counter space, and an island with a microwave. For quick meals on the go, make good use of the breakfast bar that seats five and a small dining table off the kitchen. The expansive family room with a lovely tray ceiling offers a large leather sofa, loveseat, and rock chair/recliner near a fireplace and a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV, ideal for movie nights.

Outside, you'll find a spacious enclosed yard with a screened pool, two beach chairs, and pool toys. The pool will be everyone's best friend, especially if you're visiting during the summer. This family-friendly home also offers another gathering place, which is complete with a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, and a seating area.

Open up French doors to a massive master suite that will take your breath away while glazing up at a gorgeous ceiling medallion. Nice sitting area near the fireplace with large mounted Smart TV. Take in a soothing bath while watching your favorite show on a small mounted TV or enjoy the rain shower from the ceiling while you unwind for the day.

The home boasts a separate apartment area for extra privacy equipped with its own full kitchen and access to the patio. This bedroom has a sectional sofa, a nice four-person table, a flatscreen Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with a washer/dryer as well.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
