Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood less than 5 minutes from town, this rental offers prime access to amazing outdoor recreation. The slopes at Heavenly and Sierra-at-Tahoe are both only 20 minutes away. Find an amazing network of trails within close proximity. Or head into town for a relaxing spa day. The stunning Emerald Bay State Park is only 20 minutes from home.

LIVING AREA

Kick back on the armchairs in the Great Room. Upstairs, an additional living area offers a sleeper sofa and a 55-inch smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delectable dishes in the chef's kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. Gather for meals at the eight-person table, nestled next to a gas fireplace.

BED & BATH

Sleep soundly in the peaceful primary suite, appointed with a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Start your mornings with coffee on the patio. In the evening, soak in your private hot tub under the stars.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
