This Amazing 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms townhome is located in the desired & gated community of Terra Verde!! This home has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped, amazing bedrooms. First bedroom included a king bed, private bathroom and tv. Second bedroom included a queen bed with tv. On our third bedroom you will be transported to Disney fantasia Mickey theme with 2 twin beds and a tv. Tropical beach theme all over the house. Terra Verde is extremely well maintained and offers all the amenities of a resort community including 24-hour security, pool, spa, basketball, volleyball, gym and more! Lake view!!!!!
By the club house we have a car charger.

It is only few minutes drive from Walt Disney World and from Universal Studios. Located just minutes away from the restaurants and attractions on the 192 Highway. SeaWorld is only few miles from the resort and the Old Town Amusement Park is 20 minutes’ drive away. The resort style pools and clubhouse are surrounded by the village style vacation homes, giving you the best of both worlds. Guest will be able to use and enjoy the amenities with all the family!!

Come with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by excitement!

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

great little place with a fishing pond

My family and I stayed at the house for 5 days (4 nights). What I was looking for was a place that was close to all the Orlando theme parks that also had a fishing pond so my boys and I can fish a little, because my boys who are 10 and 4 love to fish. This house is an easy 30 minute drive away from the attractions because of the crazy traffic. Positives were that the check-in process was very easy, the price of the house, the fishing pond, friendly neighbors, and we liked that it was in a gated community. The not so good thing was that you can tell that the house was old and worn. Nothing major, but you could tell. The important thing was that the bedrooms were clean, and we felt safe sleeping there.

Stay at Terra Verde

Pictures were accurate. Pool great once it opened but we were upset it was closed for 12 days for maintenance and we weren't told in advance. Overall nice space but it is time to replace the towels and some minor repairs.

Needs repairs

The community itself was nice however, the home itself had some serious issues. The kitchen: the microwave was damaged and a burner on the stove didn’t work. The bathroom: every time you flushed the toilet in the master bathroom, even with nothing solid in it, it clogged and not a single outlet in any of the bathrooms worked. Bedrooms: there were no dressers so we had to live out of our suitcases for a week, bed frame in the master bedroom was broken along the bottom and very low to the floor. The living room: couch was outdated, curtain rod was falling off the wall. Overall, this place needs some serious work, would not recommend in its current state.
